Clean room, plentiful breakfast and friendly staff. Tired rooms and tiny bathroom but this was expected with the amount I paid.

入口に貼紙で20m程先のフロントの説明あり。部屋はかなり埋まっているようだったが、騒音等なかった。冷房効きます。冷蔵庫、電気ポットあり。 階段で荷物の上げ下ろし。 朝食時間はテーブル数の兼合いで、チェックイン時に希望時間を聞かれます。スタッフがコーヒー入れてくれます。 1泊だけだったので特に不便は無かった。駅から近くて便利でした。

For a European room in an old building, it was great. It easily slept the four of us and the air conditioning worked great. The included breakfast was a nice touch and well stocked. The room was clean and had all the toiletries we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff and very clean room

Good room. A bit of upkeeping needed like cracks on ceiling or bathroom but nothing I couldn’t deal with. In a smaller alley so no noise at night which in my book is great. Very close to train station so no need to carry luggage all over the place. Very nice staff. Overall a pleasant stay.

The room and bathroom are small. There was an odor in the hallway though nothing inside the bedroom. There is no reception or lobby in the building where our quadruple room was. We have to check in at another building which was very close by. The breakfast room is very small and the breakfast time has to be reserved ahead of time. The breakfast was really good though. The staff at reception desk was very helpful. The service was good but the room and bathroom are old.

Booked a triple room for three people. It was so small we could hardly move around the beds. Only two had room to open our suitcases. The third had to put his on the bed to open it when he needed something out of it. Otherwise he kept it between the bed and the window.

We could not make it to the hotel due to issues with our American Airline flight. We had to reroute our trip and missed Venice entirely. We could not cancel our reservation 24 hours ahead and they WOULD NOT give us our money back. Not even for the second night. They could have shown some empathy as traveling issues occur that are outside side of peoples control. This place did not! So I would not recommend anyone stay here!

Love where it was situated. Close to Waterbus and the train station.

The staff was very friendly and responded immediately to requests such as turning the air conditioning on and helping with luggage. The breakfast buffet was ample and the room that we stayed in was very nice. The location was superb. The only downside is that there is no elevator but so long as you're ok going up and down stairs, then you will be OK. And as i said, the staff helped take our larger pieces of luggage up and downstairs. Also, it is a 2 minute walk to the train station and vaporetti and a 5 min walk to a bus that takes you to or from the airport

Localização incrível para o que pretendíamos: muito próximo à principal estação de trem e, apesar de mais distante da Praça São Marco, nos permitiu fazer o que nos propomos - caminhar por Veneza! Nos sentimos seguros e fomos extremamente bem atendidos. Inclusive, superaram nossas expectativas nos oferecendo um café para levar no dia da saída, já que fomos embora muito cedo, antes do horário de café da manhã. O quarto era lindo, espaçoso, limpo e muito confortável! Foi excepcional.

AC was out in the whole building. Staff told me they would give a partial refund, but then would not follow through.

駅からアクセスが良く、近くに美味しいお店もあって素晴らしいロケーションでした。 初日は不具合で部屋のドライヤーが使えませんでしたが、次の日にはすぐに別のドライヤーを用意していただけました。 朝食付きプランでしたが列車の時間が早く食べれない時は、事前に伝えればパンやジュースなどを袋に詰めて持たせてくれる等親切にしていただきました。 またヴェネツィアに行く機会があれば泊まりたいです。

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. La cama muy cómoda. Muy limpio. Solamente el último día no había agua caliente. El bufet rico pero limitado

The staff at front desk who checked us in and out were very friendly, also the lady at breakfast. The hotel has a premium location, highly recommend it.
