Location is good to visit the city, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Important to note that the hotel doesn’t have airport shuttle, but it is easy to get a taxi.

It's an ok hotel, price value ratio ok, there is a bus station super convenient and close by. It.needs a major carpet cleaning in the hallways lots of stains everywhere. Its ok for a night or two but if you are looking to go to Barcelona and stay here its a long way from the main attractions.

The staff were so helpful. There was always someone to help in English when my Spanish couldn’t communicate well enough. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice dining walking distance.

Excellent staff, location, cleanness, everything.

The rooms need a refresh. Dirty bathroom grout lines, banged up furniture, stained hallway carpet makes the hotel feel really dirty. The bed itself was very hard and I am not a fan of flat sheets on the bottom of the bed. Once you try to get into the bed everything is unraveled.

Had a good breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice was really good. Were able to store our bags for a few hours after we checked out. They are in an industrial area so we were not able to go out for a late supper after we checked in. They only had a few sandwiches available in their refrigerator. They are fairly close to the airport but a ways out of the downtown and away from the beach. Quite adequate.

J’ai réservé une chambre deux lit Queen et à l’arrivée, ils m’ont fait croire que j’avais été upgrader dans une suite avec un lit King, cependant nous étions trois adultes dans la chambre et ils m’ont proposé d’avoir un lit supplémentaire, je n’étais pas très content car en réservant une chambre et que ce n’est pas ce que l’on réserve, c’est toujours un peu décevant, même si il nous disent qu’ils nous upgrade, alors qui prend le petit lit à ressort avec un matelas mou, pas très confortable toujours des problèmes dans cet hôtel Je m’ennuie de la bannière Crown Plazza qui avait avant ça ne serait plus mon premier choix cette place

Excellent stay overall—clean, comfortable, and well-managed. What really stood out was the exceptional service from Jordi. He was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to help at every step. Huge shoutout to him—he truly deserves recognition and a promotion for his outstanding customer service.

I only stayed one night. Good, clean, close to the airport hotel. Good choices for breakfast.

Good place to stay if you’re looking for reasonable price hotel outside Barcelona. Staff were helpful and courteous.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good and reasonably priced, especially for a hotel restaurant. The property could use a bit of an update as some parts seem a bit run down, but nothing that affected our stay. It was very convenient to the airport.

C’est un hôtel vieillissant, les chambres sont à refaire à mon avis. Il n’empêche que les personnel est disponible et sympathique. Petite piscine qui est bien agréable. Petit déjeuner très correct. Néanmoins le prix de la chambre est à mon avis trop cher. Je sais que nous sommes à côté de Barcelone, mais j’ai fait d’autres hôtels mieux que celui-ci durant mes 2 semaines de vacances, et de à moindre coût. Le départ tardif n’a pas été possible, j’avais pourtant envoyé plusieurs messages qui sont demeurés sans réponse.

Helt greit hotell for en natt på vei til flyplassen. Restauranten var stengt og hotellet ligger i et industriområde, så det egner seg kun for overnatting. Veldig harde senger!!!
