The staff at the hotel were very helpful and kindly helped me by carrying my luggage since my room was on the second floor. Room was cleaned nicely. The location is nearby a free shuttle stop and bus to central area. They don’t have on site reception but I could see some staffs doing their work and they helped me to checkout with causing no extra hassle. The atmosphere was warm and cozy.

This was an excellent, budget friendly hotel with easy access to the abbey. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. The shuttle bus stopped less than a block away and ran continuously throughout the day and night. One thing to note, when traveling in the off season you must check in and out at a different hotel down the street and a code is required at the gate to the town.

Close to Le Mont Saint Michel. Room was cramped, but Muniz at the front desk was the best - courteous, friendly & helpful 👍

Good staff and Clean room

The beds were comfortable. That's the only positive thing I can say. We did not receive the access code to get into the area of the hotel. We were unable to reach anyone at the hotel. The information we were given was incorrect and made it harder to check in, when it could have been simple. The room was very basic - no amenities. The staff person we spoke with in the morning had no idea what was going on. I would absolutely not recommend anyone stay here.

Schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen!

La moquette est très sale et vieillissante. La chambre n’est pas du tout insonorisée et la fenêtre est brisée. Le wifi ne se rend pas jusqu’aux chambres au fond du couloir. Le déjeuner est à 12e par personne entre 8-10h. Le check-out se fait avant 11h. Les navettes pour le mont sont super avec un arrêt qui dessert les hôtels. Les f1 sont en meilleur état.

Room needs some tile repair and updates.

Cama e chuveiro ok. Banheiro sem sabonete e shampoo (ambos estavam vazios). TV não funcionava. Recepção com horários restritos. Quarto sem ar-condicionado, poderiam providenciar ventilador portátil, ou ter instalados ventiladores de teto (fomos no verão, quarto fervia de quente). Café da manhã ok.

Il n’y avait personne pour m’accueillir parce-qu’ils ferment l’accueil sur l’heure du dîner. Très frustrant, j’ai dû repartir avec mes valises et attendre 2 heures. Check-in à 16h00, c’est très tard et incompréhensible. J’ai perdu 2 heures où j’aurais pu visiter le Mont St- Michel.

El hotel está a 35 minutos andando del Mont Saint Michel, ideal para poder ir dando un paseo muy agradable. El bus gratuito está a 100 metros del hotel y sale cada 15 minutos. Tienen parking delante del hotel y cuesta 10€ por día. Las habitaciones muy sencillas pero ok, para 4 personas como fue nuestro caso, muy justas ( 2 adultos 2 niños) La limpieza deficiente, mucho polvo sobretodo en las paredes, le hace falta una buena limpieza a fondo, sábanas y toallas muy bien. El entorno es ideal, muy tranquilo, poco tráfico... restaurantes a 1 minuto andando.

The hotel is in a great spot for visiting Mont St Michel. The system for getting in the car park is a bit complicated. Because I arrived after 19:00, there were no staff around and check-in is a machine outside. Be warned. Apart from that, the room was small but comfortable.
