Simple and effective

Only issue was the heater/fan which is noisy!

The room was very clean but found the bed to hard for us The Steakhouse attach was awesome food excellent

Good place to stay, good value, clean

The staff was very accommodating. We had a last minute request for a ground floor room and they were able to change our second floor room to main floor room.

Bathtub was gross. Staff was civil…not too friendly for a job with public. Marginal room.

Area was good

The room was clean, but I could hear the people in the room next to me. Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and a lot of people smoking on the premises. The layout of the room wasn't inviting or relaxing.

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very nice and clean.

There are 2 stories to this hotel and no mention of no elevator. Had my mother joined us as planned then she would not have had access. This needs to be clearly communicated in the promotional materials.

I recently stayed at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Sarnia, Ontario, for three nights, from Thurs.Apr.3rd. 2025, to Sun.Apr.6th.2025. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. While the pictures online suggested that the accommodations would be suitable for a short stay, the reality was disappointing. Upon checking into my room, I discovered that it had not been cleaned properly. The bathtub was heavily stained, the toilet was dirty, and the bed sheets had visible stains and strands of hair behind the pillows and under the blanket. I contacted the front desk, and the staff kindly showed me five other rooms. Regrettably, all of them exhibited similar issues with cleanliness. After much searching, I settled on staying in Room 209. I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Rose, the front desk agent. She was incredibly kind, pleasant, and accommodating, going so far as to offer to personally clean the bathroom and change the bed sheets. Her efforts were commendable and greatly appreciated. My dissatisfaction with the stay was in no way related to the staff but rather to the condition of the facilities. What made my experience worse was waking up with itchy arms and back after the first night. At the time, I wasn't sure what caused the irritation. By the day of checkout, I noticed my arm had become red and swollen from bites sustained while sleeping in the bed. Please rectify this problem.

We were staying in town to visit family. We initially had a couple of challenges, but the front desk was able to solve the problems right away and we were impressed and grateful. Thanks Super 8

I'm not one to write reviews. I will most definitely not be staying here in the future.

Checkin was speedy and courteous. Room was spotless and clean. Was very nice to see tgat they had Roku on the TV. Breakfast was nice. Housekeeper was exceptional. Room was like new.

Room was not the one we reserved. Fridge was not working. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Bed had coils pushing up through matress. Do not recommend staying here. Outside area was littered with garbage and overall appearance very old and dated. Breakfast as stale and only fruit was over ripe apples.
