Looks like the hotel has had a refurb, modern, smart looking, clean , spacious, nicely matched furniture in the bedroom. The rooftop pool and bar were still being updated, but will look great. Fan and aircon in room. Nice bathroom with all over / rainforest shower.

It was quite good. Malsalforn is nice . Beds are not comfortable and even bathroom was small old bath and TV has poor service , few channels

Property is in need of a serious upgrade Bathroom are old and barely adequate

Nous nous avons été très déçus car cela ne correspondait pas aux photos qui cachent la vétusté de l’ensemble de la chambre. La salle de bain était sale (poils dans la baignoire et dans les toilettes), la literie peu confortable, et la chambre très mal insonorisée, nous avons entendu les pleurs et cris des enfants de la chambre voisine toute la soirée. Les serviettes de toilettes tachées et couverture et rideaux déchirés. Le parking n’est pas privatif mais un parking public à proximité. Nous avons eu de la place car c’est le mois de mars mais pas sûr que ça soit le cas en juillet/aout. Le petit déjeuner était cependant très bien avec une jolie vue sur la mer ce qui pour nous est le seul atout.

All in all hotel was good, however from my room I could here some sort of pump or AC, not sure, that kept going on and off even during the night.

Property is average at best in facilities like bed, bathroom etc. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Ottima la camera anche se il balcone è praticamente inesistente (2 persone non cista no.) inoltre le sedie sono da buttare. Tenda oscurante non sufficiente. Bagno da rinnovare. Ottima la colazione.

Booked a double room but were given 2 twin beds. Bath needs to be changed. Overall clean and good.

In a good position by the sea with plenty of bars/restaurants close by. The only downside was the noisy air-conditioning.

Nice hotel located by a tranquil bay with lots of swimming opportunities including a beach with EU blue flag and lifeguards. Breakfast was good and much better than just basic. Juice not freshly squeezed and coffee from a machine. The bathroom could use an update including replacing the bathtub with a shower. All in all Good value for money.

This property has gone downhill. It used to be such a beautiful hotel. The manager needs to take hold And train his foreign staff properly. Staff is no longer Maltese. They hardly understand English.

The beds are not comfortable

A clean comfortable hotel with pool and next to beach and harbour promenade dining strip. Hotel is a little run down but is good value, including breakfast. Marsalforn is a nice area to stay in on Gozo. Hotel doesn’t have parking but there is public parking available a short walk away. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
