Tiene muchas piscinas y actividades para los niños. El orden y limpieza deja mucho que desear en algunos casos. Hay cosas que no se recogían y se quedaban duranten mas de 1 día en el mismo lugar. La habitación tenia humedades en la pared

We have stayed here twice now and found it ok both times first was all inclusive the food is good feels a bit canteen like in the restaurants the pools are good both smaller ones and the big pool. Entertainment was good by the pool with the big mat got lots of engagement maybe they should do that daily

Nice area, friendly staff, many swimming pools. Rooms need to be updated.

The heated pools were bonus, the food was reasonably varied & loads of selection. If your a picky eater or prefer british food advoid, there is choice but probably not enough.

Los jardines muy bonitos

Booked for a few days and was definitely value for money had a spacious apartment for 3 adults ideal. We were on ground floor so had a terrace with table and chairs which was ideal sitting in the sun having breakfast lunch and a refreshing drink. Lovely pool friendly neighbours just a bit out from centre 30min walk but couple euros in taxi

Hôtel très agréable, on n'a pas le sentiment d'un hôtel immense car c'est très bien agencé. Il y a une piscine par quartier, ce qui donne le sentiment d'être dans un petit complexe. L'hôtel est très propre avec le ménage et le changement de serviettes faits tous les jours. Les repas sont très variés et très bons. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le personnel est aux petits soins que ce soit dans les restaurants ou à l'accueil ou les animateurs ou les hommes et femmes d'entretien. Un accueil bienveillant et des personnes heureuses de rendre service. Un plaisir d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel que nous recommandons et qui donne envie de revenir.

Ganske mye småmaur inne. Mest på bad og kjøkken. AC fungerte. Sovesofen ikke særlig god å ligge på. Høydeforskjell da ene sengen er en skuff til å dra ut under sofaen. Senga var god. Safen gikk det ikke å åpne. Jevnt over ganske slitt standard. Kjøleskapet fungerte. Vannkoker fungerte. Dusj og badekar fungerte bra med godt varmt vann og godt vanntrykk. Fint uteområde, men synd med pågående renovasjon av hovedbassenget. Mange fine små basseng og et stort med svømmebaner for voksne, men ønsket mulighet med basseng som også kunne vært 80-100cm dypt, ikke bare 130/150. Fint og rent uteområde ellers omkring leiligheter og stad med snille katter som lot seg kose med av barna.

Staff at the hotel are great very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but I did find a couple of long hairs on the bed but other than that it was spotless. There is plenty to do at the hotel with entertainment and wellness centre and bike hire. Amenities in the room are quite good but you need to hire iron from the reception for 10€ deposit. Same with pool towels. The only let down is the area around the hotel. It looks like wasteland in places and smells of sewage but luckily you can't smell it in the hotel. It's a nice hotel especially for the price. If I ever do come back to Lanzarote which I probably won't I would definitely stay here again.

Very good resort with kind staff and a wide range of amenities, including a grocery shop open late and several restaurants. The town is also accessible with a 10-minute walk. In my case, it was ideal for hiking during the day and enjoying a comfortable rest by the pool at the end of the day. Even though the resort provides a large range of shuttle services, renting a car is recommended as the resort is located on the far south of the island. One area of ​​improvement could be the Wi-Fi, which is quite unstable for those needing it for professional purposes. Also, the area can be somewhat noisy, especially for rooms near the tropical dome. It’s not a major issue, but for those who need a perfectly quiet environment to sleep, it’s something to consider. Nevertheless, despite these last two points, the place is great and highly recommended!

Nos han dado una habitación sucia, llena de humedad,el baño lleno de pelo. Cuando hemos llegados en la habitación estaba un chico que estaba pintado los paredes intentando de ocultar la humedad pero , no le dado tiempo. La comida fatal. Pocas cosas para elegir. No es comida de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig

Struttura obsoleta e dispersiva. Il cibo era discreto con una buona scelta. Le strutture di ristorazione assolutamente carenti e deprimenti, sembrava di essere all’ospedale e non in un ristorante.

Die Hotelanlage gefiel uns sehr, obwohl es ein grosses Gelände ist, ist man von den Wohneinheiten schnell bei den wichtigsten Orten. Pools sind überall in der Nähe, einige davon beheizt (das grosse Becken leider nicht). Auch Grünflächen und Kaktusanlagen fehlen nicht. Der Kids Club und die Animation sind gut, wir hatten ein Zimmer etwas weiter weg vom Dome, aber hatten dadurch am Abend auf der Terrasse noch Hintergrundmusik - sprich vor Ort ist es ziemlich laut. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, es hat eine kleine Kochnische mit dem Nötigsten, die Betten sind bequem. Unter dem Bett ist es sehr staubig, ansonsten sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, von der Qualität her leider nicht extrem toll, wie bei vielen grösseren Hotels auf den Kanaren üblich. Das Nachtessen ist abwechslungsreich, aber auch hier merkt man, dass man in einem grossen Hotel ist. Das Restaurant ist im 1. UG ohne Ausblick und erinnert etwas an eine Mensa. Alles in Allem ist das THB Tropical Island aber ein guten Hotel, das ich weiterempfehlen kann - mehr als Zimmer und Frühstück würde ich aber nicht empfehlen.

Het inchecken duurde eindeloos, ondanks dat we al online de nodige dingen hadden ingevuld. Dat noemde het hotel al online inchecken. Geen idee wat het voordeel daarvan is. De schoonmaakservice mag beter. Wij denken dat het beddengoed niet is verschoont tijdens ons verblijf terwijl dat wel staat aangegeven. Een schoonmaakrondje door de badkamer mag meer bevatten dan alleen de wc doortrekken. Verder hebben we er een heerlijke tijd gehad en zou ik zeker terug gaan.

The customer service was mediocre, queues were long food was not 4 star standard and not good value for money. The rooms were small with tiny balconies and no sun. The floors were not cleaned and the self catering aspect was difficult to use as very tiny area and tiny table. Not family friendly apartment as adults could not sleep in the converted beds in the living area as only fit for children. This made the living arrangements not very relaxed or easy in the evening times. The cleaning team did not come at regular set times in the morning so it made it difficult to plan your exit and re-entry times. You have to pay a cash deposit for pool towels and then go and hand in the receipt elsewhere and it is a real faf. Not all the polls are heated which is a real shame as the kids could not use some of them particularly the water slides one unless they were in a wetsuit and this took away a lot of the available activities for them. The kids club was pretty basic with coloring and a small soft play- I expected them to get out and play games and do sport to burn off some steam. People seemed to smoke everywhere with little regard for signage saying you could not. It was an okay stay but disappointed with the food and the mediocre service given the prices charged it just wasn’t good enough. We were lucky with the weather and so could get out and about as it was in a decent location to beach and restaurants but if it had not been fine I think we would have really struggled here.
