Lovely big suite with loads of room, staff very friendly and helpful

I did not like lunch or dinner very little choice went for sole with chips in dripping nothing of the kind and the fish looked as if it had been frozen very disappointing as it’s not cheap

No air conditioning and windows barely open. Hallway and rooms were like a sauna. Staff at reception at check-in was apathetic. He couldn't find our reservation and made us feel like we had done something wrong. No acknowledgement when he finally did. Not quite the "welcome" you'd expect.

This location is far from Cork city. Nothing really close by that is walking distance. Cab fare is expensive.

Always stay here when working in cork

Not sure why we booked this hotel. Not a convenient location to downtown Cork (required a cab ride), and while it would be nice for conference or event, the rooms are just too hot to stay in comfortably.

Buiten Cork gelegen aan de grote weg, geen openbaar vervoer in de buurt dus je bent een beetje verplicht om in het hotel te blijven. Goede bar service het restaurant is minder.

The room was not properly cleaned, luckily the bed was.

Didnt like stained upholstery

Overall everything was fine. Could do with a refurbishment. Some chairs in lounge v dingy looking. Carpet definitely needs changing Staff just lovely. So helpful. I told them about a spill in the lift and it never got cleaned. 2 days there.

The room was not worth what we paid and the service at the restaurant was terrible But the spa services were great. The carpet in the room was dirty and the shower water we had to let it run for 5 minutes before we had any hot water which was a waste of water.

We arrived having booked 6 x twin rooms after our show at Cork Opera House. We were allocated 6 x Double Rooms for 12 males. Arrived at 11:30 finally got sorted at 1:20 wouldn’t allow us to use the bar had to sit in reception no hospitality not ideal. Wouldn’t book this group of hotels again not impressed

I did not like the fact that I had asked for a king bed but was provided two twin beds put together.

Dejligt hotel med fin service og fin morgenmad. Lidt vejstøj i området.

Always good, stay here whenever in the area
