Chambre propre. Personnel plutôt sympa. Un vrai et grand parking sécurisé et gratuit. Chambre propre et linge nickel. Le gros moins : le petit déjeuner : Pas d œufs, ni brouillés, ni durs. Dans l ensemble, les croissants et autres très moyens, Jus de fruits médiocres etc. Vraiment pas à la hauteur. Samedi matin, dernier jour, des œufs brouillés horribles et des bouts de Saucisses plus horribles encore !!!! L hôtel est bien placé quoique excentré par rapport au centre ville. Proche aéroport, centre commercial. Rapport qualité prix : rien à dire. Mais le PETIT DÉJEUNER !!!!

Did have to ask for the air to be turned on. However, for the price and so near the tram it was a comfortable stay. Take head phones it has thin walls. Good breakfast and there is resturant attached. Enjoy our stay.

Personal muy amable, y habitaciones limpias, cama comoda, buen desayuno.. Cumple con todo lo que promete, volveria!!

Ficamos apenas duas noites mas as acomodações não são boas. Hotel antigo, elevador individual e estava desligado qdo partimos. Precisamos descer do quinto andar pelas escadas com as malas pq saíamos antes das cinco da manhã e o elevador n estava funcionando. Banheiro bem apertado, o box é desconfortável para alguém maior. Os travesseiros são terríveis. Apenas o café da manhã foi bem servido.

Appena discreta la camera, ma Personale in reception sempre cortese e disponibile, colazione ottima, comodo il parcheggio.

Le personnel est très serviable ! Hôtel un peu vestuste mais hygiène et literie impeccable.

Hyggelige ansatte, rent rom. Nærme flyplassen. Fint bad, men selve romme kunne trengt en oppgradering. Frokost var ok. Et praktisk hotell når du trenger en natt før en flytur eller når kommer sent fra en flytur.

We stayed there in April and the room was very warm, to the point of being uncomfortable. We could not turn on the AC and were told at reception that due to some governmental requirements to save energy it could not be turned on. I understand having to comply with such requirements, however, you need to be transparent with guests up front, before doing the reservation. The room commodities included AC and that was certainly included in the price, yet we could not use it. Very frustrating because this spring was unsually warm. Nice location though.

Certes c’est un peu vieillot, certes la chambre est très minimaliste et le petit déjeuner est plus que moyen mais il a le mérite d’exister et d’être inclu. Surtout c’est très propre et le tramway est tout proche (parfait pour se rendre à l’aéroport pour 1,70€ ou en centre ville.

Seconda volta in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro. Struttura anni 70 non modernizzata esteticamente, senza fronzoli, ma completo di tutte le comoditá: pulito, ascensore, frigo in camera, TV, bagno in camera, aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo in camera. Personale professionale e super gentile. Ottimo cibo a colazione e a cena. Cucina del Ristorante interno eccellente, porzioni abbondanti, buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerei. Consigliato

Hotel stile anni 70, non recentemente ristrutturato, ma non manca niente. Aria condizionata, frigo in camera, pulito. Cucina del Ristorante interno ottima, si mangia benissimo. Colazione top.

The reception staff were ok. The location is very close to the airport which is good , but everything else is substandard. I really can’t believe I paid as much as I did. The elevetord are tiny. The lights and the shower door in the room were broken. The wifi I could not get to work. The good in the restaurant was not very good. The towels wer not very absorbent. Mosquitoes kept me up all night ( and bit me) . It was way too expensive and not very enjoyable. I will not recommend staying at this hotel unless they do a major renovation.

This was without question the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reality bears absolutely no resemblance to the pictures advertised. It was even worse than the youth hostels I stayed in as a student. We arrived very late and chose this hotel purely for its proximity to the airport before our onward journey — a mistake we will never repeat. The entire place felt unclean, the walls were so thin that every sound carried through, and the bathroom lights didn’t even work. The bed was rock-hard, and the single pillow provided was so thin it might as well have been a folded towel. The only saving grace was the receptionist, who was polite and tried to be helpful. Beyond that, there is not a single thing I could recommend about this hotel.

Muy agradable, todo el personal nos trato amablemente, con especial hincapié en el Sr. Mateo, que nos deleito con sus consejos y nos ayudo desde el primer momento de nuestra llegada al hotel. El servicio de desayuno muy simpático y atento. El servicio de limpieza, nos brindo todo lo que necesitamos y nos dejo una habitación muy limpia cada día. Estamos muy contentos con esta experiencia en Florencia.
