Amazing stay at Promiseland.

建議晚上可以舉辦露天的歌手演唱，或者投幣式KTV機，不然晚上很無聊

園區內可以預約接駁，很多設施可以預約使用，房間都是面對園區運河，景色非常優美，房內乾淨舒適，餐廳無論是自助式或是中式套餐都非常美味

這麽大的飯店竟然沒有無障礙設施不可置信

渡假放空的好地方，小孩長輩都適合。

多年來，花蓮最具代表性的渡假天堂，終於有機會入住，也是百聞不如一見。 很適合帶雙親、小孩同樂。

很舒服又寬敞的渡假空間，每位服務人員都很貼心很有禮貌。

設施和房間設備老舊，員工人數不足，做事效率很差！

The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the location is great for a peaceful getaway. The atmosphere felt cozy, and the amenities were adequate for my needs. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved, I did notice that the hotel feels a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. The facilities, including the furniture and bathroom fixtures, show signs of wear and tear, and it would be nice to see some upgrades. Regarding cleanliness, while I understand that being in a villa surrounded by nature can sometimes bring in bugs, I did find a few insects in my room, and there was a spider on my bed, which was a bit uncomfortable. I know this can happen in older, nature-surrounded buildings, but a little more attention to detail in this area would go a long way. Overall, it's a lovely place, but with some updates and improvements in cleanliness, it could be an even better experience.

Buffet is overcharged, room service is reasonable. Facilities are bit old and wore out. For example, the Pool tables are wore out, they should be replaced.

提供住宿 飲食 服務人員都很棒；因為園區面積不小，提供腳踏車供客人無償使用可說是飯店的基本配備，使用者需自行付費還不便宜呢，公司應該了解一下，如何改進

整個園區佈置很用心，營造的氛圍會讓人放鬆慢下腳步，員工都非常親切熱情 樹木花草都有在修剪維護，散步在園區很舒服。 唯一的缺點大概就是吹風機比較老舊的款式風量很小，但瑕不掩瑜，住起來非常舒服！

非常好,今年住了三次~

14:40抵達lobby check in,告訴我要等房間清潔，直到15:30才通知我入房，這都沒問題。 在我check in後的每組客人都是check in就送進房間，就是我遲遲的等待，在lobby坐等，看著後來的客人ㄧ組組離開，別人不尷尬我都尷尬。我往停車場車上等櫃檯通知，看到的也是車停進來就立刻接走。（這天入宿的客人不多）。15:30終於通知我，可以到櫃檯換房卡，告訴我升等蜜房房型，結果是馬桶會滲漏水的房。（這點我沒有向櫃檯反應，也懶得說了） 我猜想，是不是跟平台購買的客人有此待遇。

有生之年一定要來住一次

這是我們第二次入住，與上次入住時間僅隔一個月。因為喜歡所以我們又迫不急待跑來了，這次還是感受還是長非常 棒！
