Great location near the convention centre. Staff friendly and very helpful.

I arrived at 1am and the lobby was buzzing with life.

Just an okay room. For the price I had higher expectations.

Centrally located downtown. Safe area. Always a place to get a drink or food. Great health spa.

In town for an organizing summit. Room was excellent. Staff, very friendly. Plenty of eating options. The “store” within the property was a bit pricy for my taste but did not take away from the overall experience.

Everything was very nice. Great location. The only complaint I have is the Hotel parking is too expensive. $55/day. It should be discounted for hotel guests.

My first visit to Denver was truly beautiful, and my stay at the Hyatt Regency at Colorado Convention Center was, overall, very satisfying. From check-in to the hotel’s convenient and safe location, everything met my expectations, and I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and colleagues. However, on the day of my checkout, I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks café located inside the hotel. I ordered an iced latte before heading to the airport, but was given a hot one instead. When I politely mentioned that I had ordered it iced, the barista responded with a noticeably rude tone and expression, then placed the cup down in an almost aggressive manner. When she brought the corrected drink, I said “thank you,” but she ignored me and responded with an unpleasant attitude. Immediately afterward, she turned away, humming a tune while sipping on what appeared to be her own drink. While this may seem like a small matter, it was a surprising and unsettling experience, especially since I’ve never encountered such poor customer service before. It left me feeling disappointed and, unfortunately, started the final day of an otherwise wonderful trip on a sour note. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the rest of the stay was truly enjoyable.

I paid 500 dollars per night, room 735 is no worth 500 dolars, i couldn't conect my cellphone to the internet. I called the front desk, no one could help me out. Over roll my experiences was bad 👎 😌

There were no bathribes in our room. Also the shower was not as clean as it could have been.

Things are great but it would be better the conditioner could do something with humidity control.

We checked in at about midnight and Joyce was at the check in desk. Joyce went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for my arrival. I truly appreciate her one of a kind and exceptionally great service! I really appreciated how professional and courteous she was during the check-in process it felt as if I was being welcomed into her home. —it made my stay start off on a great note. We visit Denver often and because of Joyce and the other various staff members, we finally have a favorite place to stay.

I love the hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and very comfortable.

During our trip we stayed at multiple hotels but I was the most impressed with the staff here. Everyone was kind, quick and extremely helpful. The valet even escorted me to the front desk after entering the wrong door. Thank you for such attentiveness and friendly smiles!

It's a lovely place. Clean and quiet. The beds aren't the most comfortable beds. I didn't get much sleep due to the beds. We loved the pool and hot tub. The parking is outrageous $55 to park there. So if you are on a budget, it's not budget friendly by any means. We splurged and ordered room service and it came in to go plastic boxes with plastic silverware. Definitely wouldn't splurge on the room service if you are looking to be pampered.

At the front desk, the same young lady checked me in, checked me out and helped me in between. Everywhere around the hotel was clean and well kept.
