Helpful staff, kind and attentive. Excellent location for most points of interest. Good breakfast. Clean room. Water provided daily. Minor issues with bathroom - some minor updates required.

Terrible condition of facility for 170usd a night. All very old and smells. Breakfast for 50UsD - very busy, will wait 15 min for omlette and no beacon, no any fish - overall very poor. Hotel is 2.5 stars max.

Very good and hospitale stay in Baku

Clean room, perfect bed, bathroom/shower were ok, each day drinking water bottles. Would appreciate better coffee brands. And the chocolate drink was bad. I could not find a coat hook behind the room door, (not expensive) instead of two toilet paper roll holders :-) Especially all staff was very friendly, both at the reception as well as the room service and breakfast area, gave assistance wherever we asked for.

Terrible service - requested Queen Bed end up in single, cleaning came in 8 am, toilet is not working so cannot recommend to stay - there are better alternatives in the area.

Nice hotel along the seaside of Baku close to the city center. Good rooms and comfortable bed. Breakfast very good.

Did not like the way the hotel staff treated me. Firstly they charged me for the upgrade. Secondly, the person who came to pick me up- can’t stop and park the car because there is a sign Stop is prohibited . The hotel staff is in an agreement with police, so police is writing up the fees. I asked the security guy to remove a cone to let the vehicle park while picking me up. He said he does not understand Russian. I asked in English, he shrugged the shoulders and left me . Terrible service. After I made a first comment via Expedia- the staff stopped me at the desk and reimbursed the money. Should have not charge it in a first place. The discount for breakfast I did not receive despite asking.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Nizami street. In front of the hotel there's a mall. The staff and the service were great. I was given a room overlooking the street on my first night and I couldn't sleep, i brought this problem to the staff at 12 am and they were quick to change my room.

Hizmete 4 puan verdim çünkü 3 gece konakladık 1 gecenin ardından oda temizlik istedik. Mesela kulak çubuğunu kullanmıştık ama yenisini koymamışlar. Terlikleri yenilememişler. Bunlar eksi midir sizin değerlendirmenize bırakıyorum. 4 yıldızlı bi otelde bi dış fırçası vs de verilebilir diye düşünüyorum bunlar yoktu. Otelin konumu ise süper. Hava güzel olursa gideceğiniz yerlerin %90ına yürüyerek gidersiniz. Tam karşısı AVM. Superior odada kaldık ama sigara içilmiyordu. Odamız geniş ve konforluydu. Oda ve otel genel olarak temizdi. Odada ütü mevcut. Buzdolabı var fakat minibar yoktu. Şampuan saç kremi gibi ürünler doldurma ürünlerdi. Ama kalitesi kötü değildi. Bakü’ye tekrar gelsem yine bu otelde kalmak isterim sadece bahsettiğim konularda tedarikli gelirim. Hemen yanı Hükümet Konağı ve Hilton. Hilton 360Bar’a bir akşam gitmenizi ayrıca tavsiye ederim.

カスピ海を望む素晴らしいロケーションにあるホテルです。豪華さはないものの、シンプルで機能的です。フロントおよびドアマンも愛想がいいわけではないですが、きちんとすぐに対応してくれます。 （おそらく国民性？でニコニコしたフレンドリーな対応はあまり全体的にないのが普通みたい） あさごはんも種類豊富でおいしいし、お部屋も満足だし、向かい側にちょっとしたモールもありとても良かったです。 ここの周辺ではこのランクで一番お得に泊まれたと思います。
