Overall, good breakfast .

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The property was convenient overall, with a great location close to the downtown village area. I would give it a solid 4/5 stars.

I booked this place and than for personal reasons had to cancel the trip they discontinued give any refund and i tried calling them because my number is from Ontario they didn’t pick up (tried from 4 different numbers). Never going there

Perfect location!!! Village starts at top of a hill and goes down with shops and restaurants along the way. Hotel is at the top in the middle of activities such as the Gondola, bottom of ski slope, luge, etc.

Great location. Very large 1 bedroom condo feel. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool (in sept) and hot tub. Breakfast was well organized and lots of options. A balcony was added plus and windows that open (which feels rare). The only issue is that both bathroom sinks were having draining issues upon arrival. Our family really enjoyed their stay. So much room for our kids and us to not feel cramped.

The staff is very helpful specially Olivia the front desk lady. Keep up the good work.

Super stay for 2 nights at Homewood Suites by Hilton Mont-Tremblant. Located at the heart of the village.

The location was great. Our bathroom was lacking space for toiletries. The kitchen was lacking some basic materials, such as a paring knife and a pot holder. Other than that, we had everything we needed.

Everything was great but staff was not to great

Great location in the village and mediocre free breakfast are the main highlights. Otherwise our room had a musty smell and lacked that crisp, clean feeling you would expect from a decent hotel. The bed was soft and the linens were loose. The bathroom faucet kept falling off. I would be hesitant to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was very convenient and easy to walk around. The pool was very nice with a large hot tub. We didn't like the mattresses and we didn't sleep well. I booked 2 Lofts with Murphy bed but I only got 1 room with Murphy bed which made us very unhappy. There is only 1 shared washroom and shower which is very inconvenient for party of 6. The Loft was very dark in lighting at night. Ventilation was very minimal and when cooking, smells stay for some time.
