Nice clean comfortable rooms central location

A quick overnight stay and it was wonderful!! Slept like a baby! Just what we needed to continue on our little week long road trip!

Shower drain was clogged and the bath soap was empty

Staff was so nice and helpful. We loved Ron the valet guy. The hotel was nice but the bed was so hard and I could feel the springs in the middle of the bed. I would recommend for just 1 night, it’s good. The view was very nice and the breakfast was outstanding.

Hotel seems a little outdated on the outside. Room was clean and modern. Walkable to Bath-house row area. Eatery was good and server was friendly. Mattresses were comfortable and coffee was fantastic in breakfast area!

The Irish Pub is amazing! The lounge is nice and bartender is very personable.

Every staff member I encountered was nice, polite, pleasant and asked if I needed anything.

Bell staff were the best! These guys understand hospitality. Front desk staff were ok- Michele was terrific. Breakfast was ok; how about a waffle maker? Not a fan of powdered eggs. Room was a nice size, beds comfortable.

Good hotel, shuttle drive on Friday night was awesome.

We liked the location because we were close to everything. The bedsheet had a blood stain. There was a huge roach my fiance found in our room running around, and a dead roach in the light above our room door that was off-putting. The breakfast was ok.

Staff was great, great location walking distance from bathhouse row. It is an older hotel, the beds were ok and room was clean and self parking is two blocks away so make sure you drop off your luggage at the door the road is gravel in some parts so you will be dragging your stuff

Overall our stay was great. We wanted this hotel mainly for the views. Those did not disappoint. I requested highest available and was able to get the second highest floor. Views were beautiful! The complimentary breakfast was not great. We have two children and there wasnt any of the pancake/waffles that they love. Overall cleanliness was pretty good. Staff was very nice. Parking is the worst part. Prepare to pay $12 per night for the parking garage on the side of the hotel except 1 street over or $20 a day Valet service.
