Property location is excellent but the rooms itself could be better with cleanliness. Also for a 4 star hotel and superior room stay, providing a robe and slippers would be a great edition.

The hotel has a perfect location beside the beach and very near the center of Los Boliches. The staff was friendly. My room was clean, nice and spacious with a balcony. I can warmly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is located in an ideal location. Short walk from the train station and even closer to the beach. From the first second of entering the hotel the staff could not be any more helpful. Travelling with an infant son the staff went out there was to say good morning and understood the dynamics. I cant thank them enough. Room was clean although the decorations were aged. This took nothing away from the size and brilliant beach view. Everything that we expected from the hotel was met and exceeded.

Bra rum med en fantastisk havsutsikt från balkongen. Sängen var skön. Rummet var riktigt varmt och skönt trots alla oväder som drog fram. Städningen var också bra, speciellt Melissa som alltid var glad när jag såg henne. Bra med ett litet kylskåp i rummet. Stora och bra badlakan. Det enda jag skulle klaga på är att det är ganska lyhört. Man hör allt ifrån korridoren (se till att inte få ett rum nära hissen) och jag hörde grannens snarkningar...

Voyageur fréquent, membre Gold Hotels.com, j'ai en effet commis une erreur de réservation et réservé deux soirs au lieu d'un. J'ai demandé à l'établissement d'annuler l'un des deux soirs afin de ne pas être débité d'une nuit inutile. L'hôtel m'a d'abord dit que ceci n'était pas en son pouvoir, puis après plusieurs demandes de ma part, le réceptionniste m'a finalement fait croire qu'il l'avait fait. Or, c'était faux. Je suis plus agaçé par le mensonge que par le manque de compréhension, appât du gain de cet hotelier peu arangeant. Mauvaise expérience

Carlos at reception was great very friendly service. Breakfast was not nice the service and welcome at breakfast restaurant was not very welcoming and the lady there was not helpful at all. Limited options at breakfast.
