最寄り駅から徒歩5分以内でつきます。わかりやすく立地はいいと思います。 スタッフは淡々としていますが親切だと思います。 ただヨーロッパ旅行でイギリスフランスと旅行してきてホテルには必ずウォーターサーバーがありましたが、このホテルにはありませんでした。 スタッフにお願いしてお水を分けてもらいましたが、おそらく水道水を冷やしたものでミネラルウォーターではありません。その部分で星を減らしました。

First they NEVER answer the phone. From exterior or from in the room. Showed us our room and then of course it was no smoking BUT someone has probably Stayed a few days and smoked heavily because It was brutal. There was a nespresso machine in the room but they changed our room eventually to one on a lower floor. Just a kettle. I asked If they could bring us the nexpresso. After waiting for someone to answer for 10 Mins I went back Down To the lady and asked. She Said she’d get housekeeping to bring it. Nothing. After an hour I finally reached someone on the phone. D they said it was impossible. A very nice concierge tried to make it better the next day but basically poor service

Good, clean hotel. Close to airport and cruise terminal. Helpful staff. Very nice room.

As always with the Hyatt brand, this was also generally impressive!

We were only there one night, but everything from a snack to sleeping quarters was excellent!

Amazing staff took care of all our needs

Excellent Welcome, friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was great. All the things you expect from Hyatt. The downside, and quite impact full, was the lack of venues and challenges with AC. Only 1 restaurant was open, the smallest one near the lobby. Limited seating, for a full hotel not ideal. I had complained about my AC not working (room temp was 27°) and they expeditiously tried to fix it. Short term solution. I woke up to a room temp of 29°. I would book there again but call first to find out if dining venues are open.

Love this place — absolutely book. Breakfast is well worth the addition. I want to go back

Our entire experience at hotel was ok!! Tge staff assistance was unavailable!! Ask for directi on s to a point nothing needed extra towels for my room none was delivered I asked twice! Nothing!! It’s sad because I am a Hyatt member won’t stay at a Hyatt regency again very poor customer service not good Hyatt Ask for direction front desk receptionist advised that her manager printing it never received it I asked twice!!! Hyatt regency Barcelona tower I won’t stay there again and won’t recommend it!! Hyatt Paris France won’t stay there again smh I plan on visiting Athens Greece and staying at grand Hyatt hopefully this changed my opinion on hyatt

Nice hotel. Close to airport but a bit out of city Centre

Poor air conditioning in the room

This was everything we expected. Great service, clean, comfortable beds. Our 2nd time staying there. Will be staying again.

We purposely chose an American chain hotel with air conditioning in mind. As soon as you walked into hotel it was hot and muggy. The ac could not keep up with the temperature outside. When we walked into our room it was extremely warm. Adjusted the thermostat and nothing improved after running all day. After complaining about the lack of ac to both staff and management they finally agreed there was a problem with the system. Much work and prompting to the staff and management was required to receive a new room and adjustments to our bill for all the inconvenience and disruption to our stay. Others in our group experienced same situation with their rooms. In the future we will avoid using this hotel because functional ac is important to us.

A beautiful hotel but as soon as we entered the hotel had little to no AC. They have a large atrium with glass ceilings. It was a very hot day and either the hotel system could not keep up or was failing. Our room was no different. Stifling hot. We adjusted the temp down but it literally took 10 hours to cool down. We were not alone in talking to other visitors. The hotel offered a different room but same AC problem. Ended up talking to management who disclosed they were having technical difficulties.

交通方便 附近就有L1地鐵站及很多公車站 離機場也很近 大約10分鐘 大廳就提供冰水甚至香檳 這次有在一樓bar吃簡易午餐 還不錯 整體體驗很好
