Um. 7.30 morgens gingen Bauarbeiten im Nebenzimmer los , an der Rezeptions sagte man lediglich das kann nicht sein frühestens war es 9.30, da waren wir beim Frühstücken, Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen , aus der Dusche kam braunes Wasser , das wurde an der Rezeption zur Kenntnis genommen keine Entschuldung, keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel

We really loved the staff and reception. We had beach access and breakfast included. That was a really nice feature. It's a little confusing in the website, but the staff were very nice and helped us gain access to the Nuova Italia beach club. Breakfast was pretty good, hot dishes like eggs, sausage and bacon, and a very nice spread of cakes and pastries. We'd stay here again, the only complaint, the beds were very hard in our room. Despite that, it was great!

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rent och snyggt. Läget är i närhet till den långa strandpromenaden. Ca 25 minuter promenad från stationen, och 15-20 min promenad till hamnen. Då vi åkte tidigt fixade hotellet en fin frukostpåse.

Fanns salta alternativ såsom äggröra och bacon.. Dock mest sötsaker som framhävs i dukningen med ett stort bord. Färska grönsaker var det inte om. De hade tomater och gurka som var placerade lite svårtillgängligt. Ingen färsk apelsinjuice. Det kostade 6€ att beställa. Tycker ett hotell med så många stjärnor i ett land som Italien med tillgång till apelsiner mm skulle kunna ha fler färska varor. Fanns olika bröd. Bort rum var en lägenhet med balkong och hade sjöutsikt. Fint rum. Tyvärr var vi granne med tvättstugan så torktumlare startade kl. 6 vägg i vägg med sovrummet. Men sängen och täcket o rummet var ändå mycket bra.

Spa à disposition dans descriptif de l Hôtel Mais facture 35€ l heure Il serait bon d être plus précis dans les offres J hésitais avec le SINA ASTOR et la le spa était inclus Déception Et ce n est pas la première fois

Punto di forza e’ la posizione, proprio all’inizio della passeggiata sullo spettacolare lungomare di Viareggio. Il personale alla reception è gentile e pronto a risolvere problemi ( la procedura di inserimento codice nella cassaforte della stanza è complicata!). La camera è pulita, mentre il bagno lascia a desiderare (incrostazioni vicino al dispenser di sapone sul lavabo). Armadio capiente. Buona anche la cena al ristorante dell’albergo.

Schönes Zimmer, alles war sauber, sehr nettes Personal, tolle Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Schade, dass für den Zugang zum Strand extra bezahlt werden muss. Sonst alles top.

WOW When I arrived I was WELCOMED by Mateo, such a nice person who explained the many details and amenities... there are MANY... with a smile and a true desire to help. When I left, I had a great interaction with Luca that even gave me a parting gift connected to his cultural heritage! Beyond the staff, the location of the hotel and the quality makes it the best value in the area. If you are coming with a car, they can arrange parking beach access deck chairs massages, spa access, bike rentals... name it!!! For very low fees, just want to head to the beach, they got your beach bag for ya complete with beach towel complimentary and since the beach is steps away you can leave your key at the front desk so as to not have to worry about any of your stuff left on the beach when swimming! Many of the HOtel rooms have balconies but if you don't have one, you can head to the 4th floor for the "secret" roof top terrace! They include breakfast in the stay and the "colazione" is HUGE!!! with 4 types of croissants while I was there and the best crispy bacon (yes perfect) along with many local specialties. There is also a high level restaurant attached to the hotel for diner! I will definitely return to this hotel!
