Amazing location. We stayed in one of the apartments tucked away with the trees. Pros: - shower pressure is great - it’s peaceful -pool area is cleaned every day and the flooring of the pool area is grippy, so even with a wet surface, it felt safe. - the apartment has louvers so the breeze can come through and they are tinted for the glare. The fly screens are also in perfect shape so you can have them open and no bugs-mozzies can get through. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, great experience the whole stay with them all. Great location in Palm Cove with everything only a short walk. Perfect location for Ironman Cairns.

Close to beach. Spacious and well maintained

Everything about this property was fantastic from the friendly staff and managers, to the large clean comfortable room. Close stroll to the beach and the many cafes , restaurants in Palm cove but property so quiet when there. We will be back!

Clean, well stocked kitchen, close to restaurants but quiet. Property managers quick to respond to queries. Absolutely loved it.

The 3 bedroom villa with private pool was one of the highlights on our month long tour of Australia. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful (we unexpectedly arrived after check in time - denoted as 6pm on Expedia, but 5:30pm is the actual close. No worries as staff had arranged a very easy alternate check in method). The space in the villa was huge, the kitchen and pantry full of helpful item, the grounds were immaculate and full of flora and fauna. Just breathtaking. We'd travel back to Palm Cove just to stay at the Sanctuary!

Our studio apartment was spotless and had everything in it that we needed, it even had a 210cm TV (SO BIG). The couple who oversaw "Sanctuary Resort" were both delightful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would we go back? Absolutely!

Überragende Unterkunft. Villa mit eigenem Pool für die Kinder das Highlight, aber auch der große Gemeinschaftspool ist toll! Keine 2 Minuten zum Strand und Uferpromenade. 2 kleinere Dinge wurden beanstandet, aber innerhalb weniger Minuten behoben! Nette Besitzer.

What a wonderful place! Front desk people were so kind and helpful! The place truly is a sanctuary in the middle of the rain forest and true to the pictures that are posted. Every studio or apartment is nested in luscious green surroundings and make you feel like you are in the middle of the rain forest! What a feeling. Pool is amazing and access to the esplanade for a walk on the beach and shops is just across the street. Very convenient! Amenities and space was well cared for and clean. Would return and rebook here. Enjoy your stay… they make you feel like a vacation!
