Our experience at the Armas was wonderful! The location was perfect and close to all the nearby shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had no complaints and only positive experiences. Highly recommend! The shop right by the lobby has the best prices in town for all souvenirs, concessions, snacks, and the owner was so friendly. There is also a connected photobooth studio as well.

Beautiful, renovated old hotel in the heart of only San Juan. Walking to everywhere- friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. A great place to stay for my 3 day weekend!

A great place in the middle of old San Juan.

My room was clean,stuff was very helpful and friendly. Only thing that we didn't expect was room without glass on window.

I’m not sure the AC was working and the shower was leaking water all over the bathroom floor.

Great location we were able to walk to most places. Uber when needed was easy/cheap. Front desk gave us a bunch of recommendations on where to eat. Would definitely stay here again

The only complaint is that there are NO windows in any of the rooms.

Amazing place to stay in Old SJ the location is AMAZING , like great area. It was super clean , staff was great the only thing is that it could be a bit noisy but personally that’s didn’t bother me.

I loved everything. The staff was very helpful. Everything was nice and clean. Convenient area. Will def stay again 1000% recommend.

My second time staying, so convenient to be able to walk everywhere but unfortunately there was no hato water, I can’t even say the water was warm. So disappointing.

The sweetest staff you’ll ever find. So kind welcoming and helpful when I needed to book a few nights last minute ! It is quite literally right in the middle of old San Juan and is perfect for wanting to be in the middle of everything so you can explore !! Wonderful experience and I will absolutely be back !! Mi estancia fue súper buena. El personal es increíble y amable. El Hotel es muy limpio y bonito en su sencillez. La habitación muy cómoda y permitía un descanso reparador. Definitivamente recomendado.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to all the sights in Old San Juan. Simple accommodation but clean and comfortable and lose to everything

I n had a king room facing out onto the street. There was a truck that arrived in the middle of tge night that blasted a sound non-stop for 2 hours straight akin to a helicopter right outside my room's windows. Couple that with blaring music from passing cars and people. I got zero sleep that night. There akdi was no hot water in the shower. After reporting that there was warm water that evening better than cold, but still not hot. Dont stay here. You will regret it.
