The room was clean and generally well maintained. The staff, particularly at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The breakfast itself was very tasty and good quality. There was a reasonable selection of breakfast items. Unfortunately we ended up with an interconnecting room, so despite the hotel being advertised as having sound proof rooms, it really wasn’t. We could hear our next door neighbours chatting and they woke us when they returned home late. The pillows were really uncomfortable so we didn’t get a great night’s sleep.

The breakfast was good. Lots of options. The pool area was dull. And changing rooms seem tired. And unwelcoming. Hot tub water looked murky.

Rooms a little dated but clean. Jacuzzi the choriddxwas too much we all suffered in our eyes, so painful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean room. Beautiful warm pool and sauna and steam room. Breakfasts were delicious. A lovely chilled and much needed break.

The breakfast was perfect but unfortunately dinner was not. The food was dredful.so much so was returned. Then today had a problrm of being charged for another guests drinkd. Not impressed

Breakfast was nice! Bed was comfy. There was a door leading to the room next door to us which wasn’t locked but we just put some bags up next to it.

Generally comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff friendly. EV parking very good. Bathroom cold. Towel rail not working. Asked for it to be sorted but nothing happened. Pool good size but run down.(e.g some changing room showers not working, jacuzzi not working and pool shower cold with blocked drain.)

Rooms comfortable. Common areas in good repair. My bathroom needed a little attention. Spa and gym area a little limited but not too busy. Stayed 3 times now and the jacuzzi has never been working

Clean room

Pool was lovely, and the room size was great. Breakfast was pretty poor with most of the food cold. The toaster was also broken. Small fridge in the room was a nice touch although never really got cold enough to cool drinks. Tv was broken and kept turning off after 2/5 mins.

The Suite was generally clean and tidy. Plenty of choice for breakfast, and good spa facilities.

The hotel was lovely but the swimming pool was small and there were children splashing around the who time so not very relaxing. The waitresses for the meals are not very efficient. We had to wait a long time for our order to be taken. At breakfast, the food was not replenished and it was difficult to find someone to take orders from the kitchen.

The was clean, the bed was bad we had double room. One side of the bed was sink/broken so uncomfortable. Tried to call room service no one answered, call reception and transfer the call still no one answered. So have to go ordered at restaurant for room service and staff argue that never hear the phone ringing (we tried for an hour)

Here’s a clear and balanced review you can use: ⸻ The room was a good size, very clean, and the beds were really comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall. However, the hotel allows dogs and unfortunately we were woken up several times during the night and again early in the morning by barking. This was disappointing as we’ve never experienced this in a hotel before. The pool was dirty and had a very unpleasant smell, and the gym was too busy to access during our stay. With a few improvements, this could be a much better experience.

The rooms air-conditioning/heating was not working, the toilet/ bathroom extractor fan did not work, the window did not open, everything else in short stay was ok

The first night we stayed in room 140, we had no sleep as there was a loud fan going all night in the room next door. When we reported it to the receptionist the following morning we were told it was a computer room and they would send a maintenance man to investigate. Later that morning we asked if we could move rooms as the noice was still going. We were moved later that day to room 126 and managed a reasonable night sleep. When we left the hotel this morning the noice was still coming from the computer room, it certainly hadn’t been sorted, we think the noice is something that is always there. Last night we phoned down for room service, and after the phone ringing for 10mins and nobody answering we gave up and went out for food, not good service.
