Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal. Quedamos muy agradecidos a la jóven que nos atendió en recepción y nos facilitó el cambio de habitación puesto que en la nuestra no funcionaba el aire caliente. Las vistas y el entorno ajardinado una maravilla. El desayuno muy bueno, la cena no tanto quizás por ser fuera de temporada

Room was clean. Staff was awesome! Pool was closed but the beach was 10 min walk. Really enjoyed it!

Prachtig uitzicht

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, generell sehr muffig. In die Kästen würde ich keine Kleidung einräumen. Wir hatten zu tun damit wird den muffigen Geruch aus den Kästen übertönen. Ausreichend lüften war auch nicht möglich. Wir wurden jeden Tag von Gelsen heimgesucht. Obwohl wir nur kurz bei ausgeschaltetem Licht das Zimmer betraten und verließen. Essen war mittelmäßig bis unterdurchschnittlich. Oft hätte schon eine bessere Lebensmittalqualität gereicht, schade das hier so gespart wurde. Ansonsten war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ok/i.O. Außenanlagen, Bar/Pool/Gärten/... einfach Top. Personal sehr freundlich! Familienfreundlich ;-)

Mi aspettavo un po’ di più Ero già stato in questa struttura e speravo in miglioramenti nelle stanze (bagno sopratutto). Capisco che a Formentera bisogna pagare anche l’aria ma credo che oltre all’aria bisognerebbe pensare anche al cliente

Posizione molto bella, comodo punto di partenza per spiagge e vicinanza a es pujols.Orari elastici per mangiare alla sera fino alle 23,personale in reception gentile e disponibile.piscina e terrazza bar con vista bellissima. Le parti comuni sono state rinnovate andrebbe data una rinfrescata anche alle stanze che sono comunque decorose.

È stato tutto perfetto

Struttura ottima per rappirto qualità prezzo. Comoda per tutti i luoghi di interesse, Es Pujols a 2 minuti e le spiagge a 10 minuti. Personale gentile e competente. Torneremo sicuramente.

Lovely clean comfortable room with a sea view, complex well maintained. Good variety of food for half board option.

Lieu au bord de la mer (falaise), possibilité de se rendre à pieds dans le centre ( plage environs 1 km), puis prendre le bus. Buffets pour le petit dejeuner et le diner. Grand parking pour se garer. Calme mais on entend l'appartement d'a cote ( douche, paroles...)

Die Halbpension ist völlig in Ordnung, Zimmer etwas veraltet aber ausreichend. Personal super und die Aussicht ist fantastisch.

Der Pool ist wunderschön. Die Bar hat sehr viel Charme. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang Die Apartments sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Buffet solala.

We arrived the place was deserted not alot of people staying in April as hotel just opened which we knew what was going to be the case, Hotel.com and Expedia say on the website the swimming pool is open from March to November which isnt the case and a huge let down as we are a family with small chidren and only reason we booked was it having a swimming pool it opened day before we left, Had to hire a car to travel to beach everyday more expense we weren't plan on spending nothing to do in hotel with kids, Emailed Hotels.com on 1st day nothing back for 2 days then just an email saying we will credit you 140 usd about £115 we paid close to £900 for 6 nights £115 was an insult and they said nothing more they could do ended up getting £170, Room is basic but clean, views are stunning, Breakfast is nice fresh eggs how you want them, Dinner/Tea/Evening meal always cold we got there nearly every night at 8pm when it opened and was luke warm,

Bien l’hébergement et tes bien là vue et magnifique par contre seul détail qui n’était pas indiquer c’est qu’il fallais prendre un ferry qui n’était pas expliquer dans l’hébergement mais ça va expédia nous a renverser la traverser

This place was great, rooms need a little maintenance but other than that, worked perfectly for our family.

The hotel is well equipped and looked after but as others have mentioned it could do with a bit of updating. We stayed half board and enjoyed the buffets for both breakfast and dinner. We did get a bit tired of it all by the end of the week though. We went in mid October and it was fairly quiet. We didn’t notice any other British guests but the hotel staff all spoke English for those times when our Spanish wasn’t up to scratch. The hotel is well located for a short stroll in to Es Pujols and the beaches there. We hired e-bikes one day which was a great way to explore the island without too much complaining from our 13 year old! A chilled out holiday which we all enjoyed a lot.
