Wir hatten ein Zimmer etwas abseits vom Hotelkomplex, an der Rezeption sagten sie uns, dass es sich um ein Upgrade handle. Das haben wir nicht so empfunden, der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, das ganze Zimmer war voll Ameisen, an der Wand lief das Wasser runter von der Klimananlafe, das Bad war sehr veraltet, Die Toilettenbrille gerissen, die Dusche viel zu klein mit defektem Durchvorhang, die Armaturen verkalkt und veraltet, das Frühstück war das schlechteste auf unserer Rundreise, am Pool gab es keine Handtücher mehr, ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, wir waren in 5 Hotels während der Rundreise, auch 3 Sterne, alle waren vom Standard her besser.

Séjour convenable. Cependant et lors de la première nuit, nous avons été placé dans une chambre très proche de la route : impossible de discuter sur la terrasse car trop de bruit, et même les fenêtres fermées, le passage incessant des voitures nous a empêché de bien dormir. Devant notre insistance depuis le premier soir, nous avons été mis dans une chambre calme.

The pool was lovely but the resort is a bit shabby. There are not enough staff to accommodate guests. It took forever to get drinks and food at the pool.

We really liked our stay, breakfast had enough options for Italy, and good coffee. Diner - salad & desert bar as well as choice of 3 served apetizers and main courses. We loved the memory foam mattresses and pillows. Staff was very nice from cleaning ladies through receptions until waiters, we even got an upgrade to celebrate our anniversary! The only thing that needs improvement is the door lock that kept getting stuck (it was a real struggle to open the room) and the extremly narrow shower… i could barely shower my kid there let alone myself. Otherwise it was a very nice experience and good base for exploring the area.

Sehr Schönes Hotel, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Unserer 3-jährigen Tochter hat besonders der Pool gefallen.

Very nice staff, nice property. The rooms and the decor feel a little dated, but this hotel is worth what you pay compared to the robbery prices close by. The location is very tough, not walkable, expensive cabs, hard to get around

We had a very good time at the hotel. We stayed in a chalet that accommodated a couple and 2 kids (8 years old). The room was not big, but it has a private and spacious balcony. The pool area was very nice and kids enjoyed a lot. The staff as kind all the time specially the ones at the bar at the pool. It is a nice hotel to stay with your family and do things around by car.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Zimmer war sauber und so wie beschrieben. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden hier wieder herkommen.

Lovely setting, very welcoming and a spacious room. The pool area and bar are the real standouts with the staff creating a great ambience. The hotel itself is quite isolated so a car is a must. The breakfast service was strangely dominated by a ‘Basil Fawltyesque’ head waiter who made the atmosphere of the dining room akin to the moon. I believe the hotel are aware! Overall recommended.

Personnel accueillant et disponible,mais malheureusement l’hôtel est insalubre et mérite un grand rafraîchissement c’est très viellot ne mérite absolument pas un 4 étoiles. 380 la nuit et une chambre pourrie et sale. Le lendemain j’ai eu de la chance d’avoir une chambre dans la partie moderne refait à neuf la ça coûte plus cher mais c’est propre et aux normes Avant de valider votre réservation il faut tel à l’hôtel pour savoir si vous serez dans une chambre moderne sachant qu’il y en a que 5 qui ont été rénovés Petit dej produits industriels pas de jus pressés ou des oeufs au plat ou autres

Tiny room that does not match the photos. Terrace without umbrella therefore unusable during the day. 5-star bathroom but 2-star room! Kids club totally useless! Impossible to book deckchairs on the beaches and collaborations with the hotel, neither at the reception, nor by phone! Breakfast more than suitable and with choice. In general, the hotel is old and there is a lack of souls.

Trevligare hotell och personal går inte att hitta! Utmärkt service- supertrevlig personal och frukost! Pool område fantastiskt! PRECIS all personal var jättetrevliga!! Vi kommer komma tillbaka!!!

The room/bathroom was not very clean and there were lot of mosquitos in the ceiling. The pool area was quiet but not many drinks options at the bar and the bar needed at least one more person.
