Beaucoup d’insectes dans la chambre climatisation défectueuse

On a trouvé un nid à cafards dans le lit. Aucune reaction à la réception car c’était l’heure de la fermeture !! On a quitté l’hôtel le soir même, car on nous a même pas proposé une autre chambre

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. As soon as we entered the room, we found a significant number of earwigs and other insects throughout the room, including in the corners, along the walls, and even among the bed linens. The room also felt poorly maintained and was well below our expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall standard. The insect problem was so severe that we did not feel comfortable staying in the room. We checked out approximately 20 minutes after arrival and had to find alternative accommodation at our own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience. We have also contacted the hotel regarding compensation for the unusable room but have not received any response

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas vraiment bien !

Je suis habitué à loger dans cet hôtel situé au calme. Le personnel est très accueillant et la restauration est bonne.

Voor 1 nachtje prima, maar voor meerdere dagen zijn de kamers te klein!

Quarto limpo, lençoes que nao tampa o colchao. Acordei varias veces na noite para arrumar a cama , ya que saian do colchao o tempo todo. Longe de tudu. Nao voltaria

Chambre avec douche au lieux de baignoire, pancarte ne pas déranger accrocher malgres ceux la la femme de ménage insiste pour fair le ménage sans compter leur conversation très bruyante devant les portes des chambres. Apart ça lieux très propres coin agréable et charmante villes

今回現地支払いでホテルを予約したのですが、先払いになっていました。この問題は何度もあるのですが、どうにか対応できないでしょうか？ 現地支払いにわざわざするということは、その理由があるからするのであって、勝手に前払いにされるのは困ります。

L'hôtel est assez mal situé, pas grand chose aux alentours et le restaurant n'est pas vraiment qualitatif. Les chambres sont vétustes mais fonctionnelles majoritairement, il m'était juste impossible d'obtenir de l'eau chaude le soir.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel was further from the main train station than ai thought. Being from the states I didn’t realize that there were 2 stations in Strasbourg. The room itself was so cute and quaint. The beds were comfortable, that bathroom was nice. The room was small so it was a little challenge with our luggage to open them up but it worked out. It was on the pricier side for being away from the markets and the center.

It was a little way out of the city centre

Rue très beuillante, un radiateur se décroche du mur. Personnel agréable.

Mauvaise literie cuvette au milieu et sol de la douche qui colle, tres désagréable. Habitué au Campanile déçu de celui. Dommage.

Mon séjour à l’hôtel s’est très bien passé. L’accueil a été excellent : même si j’étais arrivé en avance, on m’a immédiatement attribué une chambre. Celle-ci était confortable, un peu petite mais tout à fait correcte. Le déjeuner était délicieux, et j’ai aussi pris le dîner et le souper à l’hôtel — service et nourriture excellents. L’emplacement est pratique, à proximité d’une ligne d’autobus et d’une gare, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville. Un séjour que j’ai beaucoup apprécié !
