The pictures of this place are VERY misleading. And the bar / breakfast area doesn't exist.

Good location but Noisy, not desirable area, no amenities, smells, front desk person not polite on check in, can hear other room noises, Fridge not working, no glasses for bathroom, uncomfortable old mattresses.

The accommodation is what it is: cheap, easy to locate and close to the train / metro stations. Don't expect anything impressive. Just book this is your need is a room for sleep and no more.

Good location and good price for what you get. It is right next to the station and so convenient for visiting Naples (on foot or via metro) or outside of naples (via the train or buses). Pretty basic and can do with some update. There's city noise but not too bad in later in the evening, although there was a school group staying there in the first night and they caused noise way past midnight - tried ringing reception but no answer. Still, I am happy to recommend the hotel.

i always stay here when i visit naples because of the fair price, it is basic- the mattress wasnt great, but the staff are nice, its very clean and its an old hotel with a bit of character well located for the centre

Room was cleaned daily, fresh towels daily but it was not clean. Very dated 2005’s dated. Staff were okay. Plenty of shops nearby. Just not after dark as too unsafe.View of volcano in between two buildings from my window. Roof terrace was closed. No breakfast. Everything was closed. A grotty hostel pretending to be a hotel

Hôtel simple et sans prétention. L’isolation phonique n’est pas idéale, on entend un peu les bruits extérieurs et des autres chambres. En revanche, la chambre était très propre. Bon rapport qualité-prix dans l’ensemble.

Inget att anmärka på egentligen. Precis så rent och fräscht som man förväntar sig av ett billigare hotell precis vid centralstationen. Bra läge och bra för den billiga pengen

駅から近いのが一番の利点です。他は部屋が寒い、シーツと薄いカバーのみで、カバーの無い汚れたブランケットがワードローブにありました。 ヒーターはありますが、暖かくなりません。3人部屋でしたがタオルは二人分で人数分ありませんでした。

Todo bien, la habitación un poco humeda

The hotel was well situated, only 100m from the main train station. Very easy to find on the main road only 30m after McDonalds. The hotel is dated, but was very clean during my stay. The room was large, with a high ceiling and was very adequate for a one night stay. If you need to stay nearby the train station, this hotel is perfect.

The hotel is old and the rooms need refurbishement. However, the main problem is the temperature inside. If sleeping at 18 C in winter is what you want, choose Hotel Eden. If not, go your way. Completely unhelpful staff. One receptionist just lied about fixiing the issue. The other, much more honest told me that for the price I paid (47 euros/ night in december), I should be happy to sleep in an unheated room. Really? According to him, there is no difference between heating and climatisation. Well, not iny world Othewise beautiful reception and elevator. aIf

La stanza è ORRIBILE, sporca senza condizionatore funzionante, emanava solo aria fredda, una televisione piccola che non funzionava, letti vecchi e scomodi, in bagno c’erano i chiodi al muro. Assolutamente da evitare. Non capisco come si possa vendere una struttura in quelle condizioni.
