Das Hotel ist zwar an vielen Stellen schön aber aufgrund zweier Probleme alles andere als ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Das SPA ist nicht nur sehr klein. Eine Unverschämtheit war dass wir trotz Buchung rausgeworfen wurden weil die Abstimmung zwischen Hotel und SPA nicht funktioniert. Das Essen ist maximal 2-3 Sterne in der Halbpension. Jeden Tag die selbe Suppe und ein gleiches langweiliges Vorspeisen Buffet mit so kreativen Dingen wie deutscher Kartoffelsalat oder griechischer Krautsalat. Übrigens war beides nicht ansatzweise das was es hieß. Das Menü der Hauptspeise war tagelang identisch. Wenn das 5 Sterne oder ‚Leading Hotel Of The World‘ ist verstehe ich es nicht.

The hotel is great. It was November, off season and it was just amazing! Pretty quiet and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The restaurants were ok but I think the food could at Entre Vientos restaurant could have been better for the price. It was nice though. Breakfasts are amazing! So are the views from the rooms if you see the ocean. The coast line great! We will come back!

The location was quite secluded and service amazing. The only nuisance was thin walls, hence your rest at the mercy of your neighbours.

Upmarket hotel with friendly staff, room upgrade offered, due to late season and possibly corona, the hotel felt deserted, very few visitors, no entertainment, too few snack and food choices in snack lounge. Drinks only at beach club High cleaning standard
