Excelente hotel, su personal muy amable y está muy bien ubicado, con paradas de transporte público a unos minutos a pie como la estación de tren. Eloisa, la recepcionista nos atendió de una manera formidable!! Si regresamos a Berna, nos hopedariamos de nuevo en este hotel!

Hotellet ligger i fornuftig afstand til midtbyen i Bern. God parkeringsmulighed ved hotellet, hvilket ikke fremgik tydeligt på hjemmesiden. Vejret var 32⁰C, da jeg besøgte stedet, hvorfor aircondition havde været godt. Jeg havde 2 gæster udefra til morgenbuffeten, og vi synes alle, at buffeten var virkelig god.

Hotel was fine, staff were excellent! Main issue during our stay was it does not have air conditioning and rooms were like an oven. Fans were insufficient to cool down during the hot temperatures so it was impossible to stay in room during the day and impossible to sleep at night.

Nice clean and quiet hotel, not far from train. Free tourist card was great. Nobody pays for transit here, but we got checked by the transit police? How about checking your own people and leave the tourists alone. Lots of creepy people around train/bus station. Prices extremely high for what you get. Breakfast good. Staff good. Rooms extremely small.

The surrounding area was very nice and the room, though somewhat small, was quiet for an urban area. The breakfast was outstanding. We would stay again if we revisited Bern.

sehr netter Empfang, schöne Eingangshalle. Zimmer war sehr sauber, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Tolle Lage, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, ÖV Bus und Tram in der Nähe. Frühstück hatten wir nicht im Hotel. Würde wieder dort übernachten.

The room was large, beds were comfortable Didn't eat the breakfast, but do use the coffee machine. There were a few restaurants near by and a bus stop.

Alles perfekt

Room was beautiful and the couch is much smaller than you think. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was even better. I had 2-3 cappuccinos. Shops are a 5 min walk + but the hotel itself is in a safe area!

깨끗하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 베른역에서 걸어서 15분정도 걸리지만 호텔에서 시내 무료 교통 큐알코드를 받은 후론 트램 타고 다녔어요! 조용해서 잠도 푹 잘 수 있었어요. 특히 아침(조식)을 강력히 추천합니다. 다양한 과일과 빵,치즈, 햄 등 정말 맛있게 먹었어요. 다음에 다시 또 묵을것입니다,

Zimmer: bequeme Betten. Unser Zimmer war schön, zwar klein aber praktisch. Alles da. Entrée: ok. Jedoch leicht kloakischen Geruch. Frühstück und Raum: Einrichtung fand ich stylisch-modern, strahlt Ruhe aus. Angebot: Frisch&reichhaltig. Sehr 'anmächelig' angerichtet. => selten so angenehm Gefrühstückt.

Localizacao boa, check in facilitado, quarto pequeno mas bem funcional, equipe educada e cafe da manha muito bom. Adoramos todos os ambientes do hotel.
