Room clean and big, my daughter love it, front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Wonderful water park, too fun to play ,very hard to get my kid to leave, love this place.

Meal plan is worth it. Bus station comes in handy going to the falls and other attractions.

From check-in to check-out, everyone was helpful, polite. Our room was great, spacious, well maintained. Love the bracelet concept..no room keys! Entertainment staff and all staff different stations are great! The spirit is definitely to have fun! Loved the security with all the lifeguards around. We took the meal plan which was great! We were 4 adults and 3 children. Very well worth it! The buffets were excellent with many food choices..something for everyone! The lunch restaurants were all good! Even non-included activities are reasonably priced..we did bowling and mini-golf. Only thing I would like improvement on it some more benches in water park area near splash pads and waterslide stairs so we can wait for our kids orcwatchbthem while playing . Standing on hard cement is tough on our old backs and legs!

We stayed in a Deluxe KidKamp Suite with 2 queen beds and bunk beds (I’m writing this review while still at the pool — you can use the waterpark and outdoor pool until 8 pm on the day you check out!). This was our first stay at Great Wolf Lodge and my husband had heard from friends that the rooms were old and not clean, so we came with very low expectations and were pleasantly surprised! Our room was very clean and looked brand new! We had come from another hotel in Rochester and found the beds and pillows to be much better at GWL. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Great Wolf Lodge! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Dave and Maninder, who were both fantastic and really made our stay even better. It’s such a family-friendly property. There’s so much to do between the water park and the activities, it kept everyone entertained the whole time. Breakfast options were good too, with plenty of choices to start the day. Overall a great experience and we’d definitely come back!

Great Wolf Lodge is a nice property with plenty of activities for families and kids. There are lots of fun things to do, which made our stay enjoyable. However, there were several disappointing issues. Our room wasn’t cleaned until two days into our stay, and getting clean towels was also a challenge. The room didn’t have an iron, which was inconvenient, and some of the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the resort has a lot to offer, but the housekeeping service and customer service need improvement.

Everything was great. If my husband hadn't gotten sick, this trip could have been amazing for us. We just didn't get lucky. One of the staff members gave our room two hours earlier when she noticed that my husband didn't feel well. We really appreciate her (sorry that I'm not good with names)

Fun, clean and big waterpark

my family had a great time at Great Wolf Lodge. The water park was the highlight of our trip. My kids absolutely loved it, and I had just as much fun. There were lots of activities for families, and we made some wonderful memories. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because our room had small flies around the bathroom sink, the sink near the entrance, and even around the beds. We arrived late and were too tired to report it that night. A staff member who came to inspect the room was very kind and professional, but another staff member seemed to suggest we had caused the issue, which was frustrating since we ate all our meals outside the resort and did not prepare food in the room. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and I found the food prices quite expensive. Despite those concerns, the water park and family activities were excellent. We had a lot of fun and would consider returning in the future.

Not enough food to pick from other than buffet. It you eat 25 dollars worth. For someone that does not eat hardly anything in the first place. And kids don’t eat 15 dollars worth of food

The kids - who are now teens - always love the Great Wolf Lodge. It was a nice place to stay at while visiting Niagara Falls - you can actually walk to the Whirlpool Aerocar ! Of course it's a Great Wolfe Lodge so - it is noisy (lots of kids !! an arcade, a waterpark etc), food is mid, and there's carpet in the hallways (I always find this weird for a waterpark). And it is a Great Wolf Lodge so - the rooms are spacious, there is a fridge, there are tons of fun stuff to do. Because it is Canada, there are espressos in the coffee shop (yeah !). The one odd thing is - at check-in, the staff directs people to the side doors, where there are no elevators... People get in there with their suitcases and strollers and wagons... only to realize they can't get to their rooms from there. That was a bit odd.

We had an amazing family time at Great Wolf Lodge! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean the resort was. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, and the food exceeded our expectations. The highlight of our stay was the incredible variety of activities available for kids/families. There was so much to enjoy that we couldn’t fit everything into our trip! If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend booking at least two nights and arriving as early as you can. One of the best perks is that you can start enjoying the resort’s amenities even before your official check-in time. And after checking out at 11:00 a.m., you’re still welcome to stay and enjoy the facilities until 8:00 p.m. the same day. It’s such a great value and made our experience even more enjoyable!

The property exceeded our expectations. The food wasn’t bad, room was clean, and the amenities for kids were stellar. There were some small gaps such as us asking for our bed linens to be changed and instead finding fresh linens laying next to the beds for us to change. They really know how to make it special for the little ones, which was the most important point for us. Would definitely return.

Received our check in information at 10am, and got to enjoy all amenities while we waited for our text confirmation for our room to be ready. Also, again at check out, you are allowed to enjoy the whole property until closing (and still charge purchases to your room). My kids (8&4) prefer Great Wolf Lodge over Disney World. Water park, arcade, Magi and much more fun beyond that. Friendly staff, and they are amazing with the children! The whole property is unbelievably clean. For plenty of food options, and a Cafe. Absolutely no need to leave to property if you’re looking for an “all inclusive” type stay they have that option too! This was only our second time staying here, and there will 100% be a third!
