The property had enough amenities for a quick weekend trip. It was fairly clean, although a little outdated. The beds were comfortable and staff was nice. It was a great location and I would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful ❤️ had an amazing stay

We had the two bedroom suite. Loved that the unit had a washer and dryer in the unit. Properly was very close to all the Hershey attractions. The only issue we experienced was that some of the front desk staff were reluctant to help resolve a billing issue because the reservation was made through Expedia and not directly with them.

We Love staying at Hershey Suites, it’s like our home away from home with close proximity to all the local restaurants shopping and attractions.

Wonderful propery. Fitness center was updated since our last stay and kids loved the game room.

I didn't like that you heard the roadway traffic. Otherwise the staff was polite and informative. The suite was clean.

Girls trip to see Pink at Hershey Stadium! Walked from property to venue. Property and unit were amazing! Only issue was the train track is nearby so it was a bit disruptive for sleeping.

The hotel had a rough day the desk clerks said. Our room was not ready till about 5. Not a big deal we needed to go to the store. The room was nice. We had two bedrooms and a living room. The bathroom around the shower looks dirty.

The hotel was great and the pool, room, game room, outside area all fantasy, however the train that goes by every hour all day even in the night with the horn honking made me not like this hotel location , therefore we will be picking another location next time we are down there. Rooms need to be soundproof and needs food on site, they where no food options except a vending machine. Which was well stocked. Finally don't believe me check out the google aerial map view and see that train going by when you search this hotel .

Had a great time pool was really nice

The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The size of the suite was perfect and we were provided with everything we needed. Staff was friendly and attentive.

2hrs late checking us in because the cleaning staff kept hanging up on front desk and they didn’t know which rooms were cleaned so we lost our dinner reservations because of it.trains horns blowing ALL night long very annoying and black mold in bathroom

This was a great place to stay with the kids on vacation. My kids would rather hang out here in the pools then see the area attractions. The rooms were clean and the staff was very prompt answering any questions or handling any requests. Worth the money and would stay here again.

My family really enjoyed our stay here! We wish it could have been longer. We felt like we were in a fancy 2 bedroom, 2 bath house rather than a hotel suite. Our hotel card was needed to access the stairs or elevator into the building so we had no security concerns, and the communication from the staff was excellent. We were able to do laundry in our own suite! We were right next to the shopping outlets and just down the street from Hershey park. This place was perfect!

Front desk tried to charge me $987 when I paid in full back in October when I booked my trip. There’s no dining options at property. Central air is extremely loud. I asked for more garbage bags and front desk told me to come down and get them, they had no one to bring them to my room. I came down for the bags and there were two people working behind the desk. I would never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.
