Centrally located hotel that is well managed and staffed. Hotel is nice and clean. Restaurant offers a breakfast buffet.

The meals were excellent, the staff were friendly, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The room was spotless as well. Nothing to complain about — absolutely perfect!

The breakfast was great. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was so - so.....it seemed it was either hot or cold - difficult to get the temp. right.

Room was very clean & tidy, and as marketed. Spent most of the time out in Dubrovnik so didn’t use all of the hotel facilities but it all looked well maintained. Breakfast offered a wide selection and availability of nice food. Staff helpful & polite too. Very satisfied.

It was a really nice ambiance in the hotel. The staff were very nice. They were helpful. The room we had was very quiet and we had a very enjoyable sleep.

Room was quite warm, had to keep the window open every night to get some sleep. Breakfast was very good.

こちらには５泊しました。部屋は清潔で設備も整っていましたので気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食と夕食付きのプランにしましたが毎日少しずつメニューが変化していたので付けておいてよかったと思いました。ただ、部屋のドアが３日目から開けづらくなったのでフロントのスタッフに確認してもらった後設備の人に来てもらいましたが、ちょっと態度が悪かったのがマイナス。ランドリーはとても早く仕上げくれます。(約4時間で仕上がりました)

Good location, housekeeping staff excellent. Our stay was spoilt by the air conditioning not activated for summer conditions so we were told. We had to sign a waiver to be able to fully open the window. A fan was provided. Stayed 4 nights

Helpful staff at reception. Great coffee facilities. Cleaning could be a bit better.

食事を朝と夜2食つけたのは良かったです。 ティッシュペーパーがなかったのが残念です。

Good central location in Dubrovnik - pleasant 30 min walk down to old town (or plenty of local buses if preferred) - extensive buffet breakfast - friendly, helpful staff (only not giving 5-stars as didn’t have much interaction during our stay). Spa facilities are pretty new and looked lovely (wish we had brought swimming gear but we weren’t there for long!)

Wonderful

We stayed in a exec room and it was huge. The beds are delightful and we didn't want to go home they were that good! Good location within half hour walk to old town or gruz or there is a bus stop outside. The staff were great, really helpful. We will definitely stay again when we go back to Dubrovnik
