Betty was great! the rooms were clean, staff was friendly. the only thing that took away from the stay was one of the elevators was out of order the entire stay and needs to be addressed

Room107 water for shower go from warm to ice cold. Sink faucet perfect

This is our go-to hotel when we travel to Lake Worth. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Also, the staff is great. It’s easy to stay here.

I didn't like that our room was located across from the ice machine and we could hear it all night.

The room was clean upon arrival, and it's very convenient for us when we stay for youth hockey tournaments that take place at PB Skate Zone. The breakfast was not bad, and although we ended up not needing it, the staff was prepared to allow us an extra 30 minutes beyond normal 11:00am checkout time to gather our belongings after the closing ceremonies for the tournament, which gave us some much needed peace of mind.

Marco was great, was able to give us early check-in and so happy to deal with!
