Room was clean and spacious bathroom could of been a little bit bigger I kept scrapping my arm when using the toilet

Pet friendly. (I just wish a flat fee per stay not per dog per night) great location, dining, shopping, golf cart rental close, grocery store right behind it. We stayed in 102. It has a king bed, dinette, small kitchen full fridge & freezer. Bathroom (small but clean) then a door to another room with 3 full size beds. It’s a great layout. Clean. Beds comfortable. Staff is great and helpful. Safe area. The pool is so clean & beautiful. My only suggestions are… 1. Update the comforters on beds. 2. Have hot coffee in the morning with yummy creamer in the lobby for guest. 3. There was an odor in room when we arrived. I sprayed my Fabreeze. It’s a musty older house smell. Hurricanes do that. Same thing in Florida places too. Plug ins are great. I still give it 5 stars. Not a single place is perfect. But I like this place. I highly recommend this place.

The first moment walking into the room it smelt musty, like mildew. If the AC was set low enough and stayed on it wasn’t that bad, so that’s what we did. The bed ABSOLUTELY amazing. Super comfortable! The staff was very polite and friendly. Would we go back? We would, but I’d bring a dehumidifier with me next time. For the price and location though, it was overall a decent experience. I would have given 5 stars but I feel like the cleaning could also use a little attention. The shower looked to have mold or mildew built up. It’s a mixed review, I know.

The refrigerator didn't work all that well. I wouldn't recommend putting anything in there where food poisoning may be an issue. The room had a very strong musty odor when the AC was running. There were short black hairs in the sink. Neither my partner or I have black hair. I don't know how long ago this renovation was that I read about from other reviews. The walls had gouges in them. The shower ring was detached from the wall. There was no closet rod to hang any clothes on. Whatever motel we've stayed at there's always been a closet rod. The beds were comfortable though. The motel is centrally located to everything you'd want to do and see. The check in person was nice but new. If you're impatient, this may be trying for you. I don't know if owner responses are auto-generated but when it was time to check out they told us just to leave the room keys on the dresser. There would have been no point bringing up any issues because they couldn't do anything about them. When we checked in We were assigned at upstairs room. We asked if we could exchange it for one downstairs. We were told we could for an additional fee so be aware of that. This was a short beach stay and all we wanted was somewhere to sleep so I wasn't expecting a lot. It would have been nice had the fridge worked etc. The pool was nice and clean. The waterfall feature was a nice touch.

Finally an ice machine that works. Shower had great pressure and nice hot water.

It was good price for a last minute trip and location was great. However did not like we could not park golf carts on their premises.

Stayed a couple nights and everything was great. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean, had a great stay.

Not the best motel on the island. Low ceilings, noisy air conditioners. Slightly moldy smelling.

The beds were comfortable, good water pressure for the shower, and the a/c worked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

To be fair, this is a low star motel by the beach. It's a little humid and they're not going to make it sparkly just for it to be washed away. They are in the middle of a remodel, so things around the grounds just aren't finished. Also, none of the breakfast things were working. That said, it was clean, the bed was real comfy and it was close to everything.

I have stayed at this place many times before during one of the last visits they said something about a towel or wash rag was dirty or something to that affect. This time I show up about 6-7 months later and the lady recognized me then want a $25 dollar deposit, then it turn into it has to be a cash deposit, so I pay with a $100 bill then it turns into a $40 deposit. I have never had to pay a deposit at this place before and Expedia does not list a deposit for this property either, nor did a friend of mine have to pay a cash deposit a few days ago either. Sounds like discrimination to me. We travel all the time and probably spend over half of each month in hotels and never come across something like this. So I get to wait around on them to go check room so I can get my deposit back.

Updated and clean. Staff very friendly

Barely basic for $300/night. Not even a bath mat. I understand that it’s a resort town, but I had just left a beautiful efficiency condo for the same price ON THE BEACH with a pool and lovely ocean views. We decided to stay an extra night and the condo wasn’t available. Photos were very misleading, as well.

Favorite hotel on the island.

Dee was very friendly and responsive. Brought me an extra blanket right away when I requested one. Will definitely stay here again.
