Llegué tarde al check in pero el personal amable, atento y cálido me enamoré del servicio y la buena actitud del personal, me volvería a hospedar sin dudarlo.

We liked this hotel especially because of the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. It is a safe area, but please be careful with pickpockets, they are a plague. The entrance to the hotel is very hidden and I would recommend that they improve the lobby and the stairs, as well as putting a refrigerator in the room, in summer it is really necessary. The breakfast is very good: delicious, varied and abundant. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and I really recommend it because, in addition to what I already said, it is close to everything that should be seen.

There as a spooky skinny alley to get to the door that you enter into…. Unique. Room was great! Stairs lit up as you dcend but shut off to soon. I thought it as closer to the train station. A bit f a hike in other luggage.

Stayed in the Annex building, nothing to write home about but it was secure, clean, and comfortable with helpful staff and a decent breakfast included. I liked being a little further away from the St Mark’s crowds and found plenty of local cafes and pubs to hang out in.

Nothing at all, small rooms without elevator, i went to ask a question to the front desk and and she didn't recognize me, I work in a hotel and for us it is a priority to recognize the guest, that shows professionalism, the truth is that I don't recommend it.

Receptionist was very helpful in answering all our questions. Breakfast had a nice variety & cappuccino was great ! Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Easy to walk.

Le personnel de l'hôtel Tintoretto a été d'une rare serviabilité avec une très grande disponibilité et je pourrais retourner dans cet hôtel à cause de leur gentillesse! Mais les petits déjeuners n'étaient pas très bons ( fromage, jambon ne faisaient guère envie).
