The hotel hallways were very dirty and the breakfast was deficient of any protein - often the milk was gone for cereal and the juice was flavorless and watery. The room was dirty and carpets were filthy. The floors had stick substance on them that stained our socks. In addition red blotches from something often in various locations in the room They had one tiny garbage can and room services were only allowed every three days and we stayed for 6. The clerk at the desk did not explain anything to us about WiFi or breakfast. There was no information in the room. We found the information in tiny text on the room entry badges. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The parking lot was blocked often with a large bus or semi trucks which made parking difficult and hazardous. I reported this to the Hotel Management and they said nothing. Expedia Charged us $623.47 for the room but the hotel gave us a receipt and they only charged $471.78

Sheets were dirty, stains on mattress, floor, walls. Glass picture In room broken. Breakfast was better than nothing. Night check-in staff was very nice and conscientious.

Apesar de curta, nossa hospedagem foi boa. O hotel não é novo, mas é confortável e limpo. O café da manhã é bom e a localização também. No entanto, tivemos um incidente bastante desagradável na primeira noite. Os hóspedes do quarto conjugado ao nosso iniciaram uma comemoração com, no mínimo, seis pessoas adultas. Houve muito barulho até por volta das 23h, além de batidas na parede e tentativas de abrir a porta interna entre os quartos. Após o grupo se dispersar — possivelmente por termos ligado para a recepção reclamando — permaneceu um casal, aparentemente alcoolizado, que continuou fazendo barulho com ruídos íntimos por cerca de 40 minutos. Foi uma situação extremamente incômoda. No dia seguinte, relatamos o ocorrido à recepção. O atendente foi muito atencioso e se prontificou a nos transferir de quarto caso os hóspedes vizinhos não realizassem o check-out conforme previsto.

I’ve stayed at quality choice family hotels and this did not meet those standards. The breakfast was below average and cramped with the front desk area. Bathroom and sink area very cramped. The best part was the bed as it was very comfortable. If looking for a comfortable place to sleep, this checks off the box. If your looking for that and all the other amenities it’s not worth the price.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were also friendly. There are also places to eat nearby.

Drove 3 hours to Michigan City and rented what i thought was a nice Choice hotel. However much has changed since i was a front desk supervisor at one nearly 2 decades ago. Then we did what it took for our guests experience to be exceptional. We couldn't even have our nieces and nephews over to swim with us even though no one else was even in the pool area. If you ask me it was racially induces as we are a white couple, but our nieces and nephew are black. You see in our family we are of a mixed variety, as we see all people equal. Apparently, they do not at this property.

Good location. Refrigerator was plugged k to outlet that has motion detection. So my food spoiled while I was at my conference. I moved frig to another outlet and the next night it froze the rest of what I purchased! Room had ants and was dirty along the baseboards- food for the ants. Won’t stay there again.

Good value accommodation and clean hotel on outskirts of Michigan City. Good eateries nearby

Not a pleasant smell throughout building. Upon checking into room, it was dirty, lamp shade had nasty red stuff on it, bed was dirty looked like smeared makeup, along with little black hairs all over bedding, walls had what looked to be splatters of food or drink on them

Good value for money in the location I desired. Close to I-94. Near restaurants and fuel. Room was clean and in excellent condition. Quiet. I can't comment on the continental breakfast, because it did not start until 7:00a.m....and I had to be on the road before that.
