A única observação a fazer seria em relação a iluminação do quarto. Poderia ser mais forte. Em alguns pontos ficava difícil de ver.

Localização central, ao lado do El Corte Inglês. A entrada tem escadas, não é acessivel para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida e é bastante incomodo sair e entrar com bagagem. O café da manhã é simples e o serviço ineficiente.

Room is clean, location is good, walkable to all the attractions.

Room 705 was perfect in every way. Great terrace with views of the cathedral. Great to have tea and coffee provided in the room.

Hotel and rooms smell weird

1층 담당 직원이 낮이나 밤이나 한명이라 바빠보였음. 다수가 체크인 하는 때는 대기줄과 대기시간이 너무 길어져 피곤했음. 프론트 직원 수가 더 필요해보임 반면 지하 1층 화장실이 있어 편리했고 와이파이 패스워드를 기억할 필요없어 간편했음

The floor in the bathroom was broken, the mirror broke and almost fell on my toddler daughter the ac stopped working in the middle of the night - we had to change the room at 3:00 am. We also extended one additional night here cause the weather in Malanga where we planned to stay was not the best. There is no complimentary water so heads up. Biggest advantage is the location. Staff is generally courteous but mostly appeared helpless to do anything, cannot fix the bathroom or hot water or ac cause maintenance person is not there - the night receptionist was empathetic and offered to change the room.

We just stayed for one night at the end of our stay in Seville. Check in/out was easy and straight forward. An advantage was being close to a taxi rank for getting a taxi to the airport in the morning.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Tudo novinho. Quartos espaçosos, limpeza impecável. O único "porém" foi o café da manhã, que não é ruim, mas poderia melhorar. Recomendo, e voltaria a me hospedar com certeza!

Hotel was nice the best part was the locality to the area we wanted to explore, reception was great very friendly and swiftly booked in and out. Room was nice, bathroom bit tired but the bed was huge and we slept so well, very comfortable and very clean, used the safe which was easy to operate, aircon was good . The breakfast was ok, some hot food and some cheese, meats and fruit and then pastries, coffee machine wasn't great but lots of teas, fresh juices and fresh bread available and replesnished frequently . We did ask for our room to be freshened the third day mainly for some more toilet rolls, but we didn't get those and also some chocolate we had brought over with us from Gatwick was taken from the mini fridge, now not a big thing it was just leftover from our journey but it's a trust thing, didn't make a fuss about it but just a bit sad about that really, I had made sure everything was cleared away in the wardrobe from the bathroom before we asked for the room to be cleaned as I had read a previous review about someone having some perfume stolen, so this was a bit annoying as have nothing else to complain about. Reception and breakfast staff we lovely and friendly and welcoming.

Foi apenas uma noite, mas não temos nada a reclamar Quarto confortável, serviço bom, café da manhã satisfatório. A iluminação do quarto é ruim, mas não deixaria de me hospedar por causa disso. Está localizado a uma caminhada de 15 minutos das principais atrações (catedral, alcazar e juderia) e não permite ir e voltar da estaçao de trem ou do aeroporto com apenas um ônibus (teria que pegar dois). Tem um shopping center e ponto de taxi bem próximo, o que foi muito conveniente para seguirmos ao aeroporto.

Excellent location. Great value for money. Staff very helpful. Room very clean. Would be helpful to have opening hours of local restaurants available as didn’t realise they didn’t re open until 8pm. Definitely recommend this hotel

Bem localizado, ao lado do El Corte Inglês. Bastantes opções de restaurantes e comércio próximo. Fica 15 min a pé da Cathedral. Próximo das Setas.
