The breakfast was simple but good. Quebec food products always taste great. Sausages, homefries, good scrambeled eggs. Toast. Yogurt etc.
My only constructive feedback would be that when the breakfast area gets busy, the flow of food could be organized better. Silverware is "hidden" below in front of people who are lined up, jams are on the other side of the room from toast. Tiny adjautments could mean less people criss crossing the space.
The 2 front desk staff and the yound lady putting food out at breakfast were all extremely personable.
The hotel and room was clean and the location is right in the heart of old QC. There are a few hotel parking spots and there is street parking.
