Appréciable : la proximité de la rue piétonne et des commerces, des musées et de la gare centrale de La Spezia. Regrettable : l'état de la Salle de bains. Porte de douche non étanche, présence d'humidité sur les murs et nuisances olfactives (remontées d'odeurs) au niveau de la douche.

Reçu à la réception par une dame très professionnelle. Le service est impeccable. Le petit déjeuner copieux et complet. L’hôtel est très bien situé.

Chambre de bonne taille par contre douche en mauvais état et trop petite ( traces humidité, porte de douche cassée pas du tout étanche , toilette trop proche du lavabo pas dutout pratique, Travaux à prévoir. chambre en sous niveau avec vis à vis sur l’immeuble d’à côté . Le prix est exagéré par rapport aux prestations !

Emplacement pratique par rapport à la Stazione pour les Cinque Terre

Very nice hotel with very nice, friendly and supportive staff. The hotel is quite close to the Central station or the harbor in La Spezia, so it's quite easy to go to Cinque Terre from here.

Pour le prix de la chambre se reveiller avec des travaux juste a coté de la chambre pas top Sinon rien a dire sur la propriété de lhotel et la chambre le personnel et le petit déjeuné gargantuesque et super bon Juste decu du réveil avec un bruit de perceuse

Very very very small showers. The property employees were excellent accommodating us by moving us to a bigger room (of course we had to pay the difference, no problem) but the shower was the same size. Will definitely stay there again.

Jag tycker att hotellet var bra. Uppskattade även läget med närhet till staden och hamnen. Frukosten var inte det bästa men den funkar!

Amazing Hotel, location is great, just next to shopping and restaurants Main Street. Ferry terminal and train station is short walk away. Service is amazing with friendly and helpful staff!!

The reception staff was super. Room was cool and clean. Hotel is so close to so much. La Spezia centrum is magnificent. Very close to castle with superb views. Can’t wait to come back and spend more time.

Super location, just take the elevator down and you are in a perfect place for all food options.
