Hotel staff very helpful, if Bart is on reception he will make you smile and have a good laugh, if you don’t come out with a smile, you must be a very unhappy person.

We stayed at this hotel a few times, and as always, the experience is great. The hotel is located in a great location, close to all main attractions. Bartek at the reception is the friendliest and most helpful. He always smiles and makes you feel welcome.

Whe arrived after 1pm and the check in was very quick and smooth. Very friendly staff. The 2 guys at the reception are the nices ever.

Hotellet har en super beliggenhed, tæt ved byen og floden. Serviceniveau i restauranterne kan forbedres meget - entusiasme gør ikke noget. Når køkkenet ikke har fået leveret råvarer eller en ovn ikke fungerer, så vær ærlige og fortæl gæsterne det, når de sætter sig ved bordet, i stedet for først, når maden skal bestilles.

Bra läge, några minuter från Krakow gamla stans torg till fots. Nära slottet och fina promenad ståk längs ån. Mycket bra service och bemötande. Hjälpsamma att fixa och boka. Rent och fräscht. Det stora plusset var hotellets roof top med bar och mat som var bra, super fin utsikt. Rekommenderas.

Excellent hotel, well located under the city walls for easy access to the Old City Centre, beautiful views over the river. Skybar for meals and drinks with a view. Limited breakfast and dinner menu but all food fresh and beautifully presented. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Will return
