El hotel está bonito y bien ubicado, solo la recámara se me hizo muy pequeña, no hay ni una cajonera, ni un sillón. El servicio muy bueno

Great location

Tiene todo lo que se necesita: es muy cómodo, limpio y está en una zona inmejorable. Muy cerca de todo, playa, zonas de interés, centro de la ciudad.

Hotel is situated an upper part of a shopping mall which means a lot of stores and dining options around there. Mercadona is below and El Corte Inglés is just nextdoor. 30 min bus ride to the city center. 20 min to the beach. Parking discount 14 euro/night. Sent us a good instruction beforehand, so easy to find where to park. Facility itself needs some update, but the room was clean. Amenities were quite basic. It would be great if they provide a fridge. AC works great. The staff were nice and friendly.

Great location and excellent overall service. Thanks for the cans of drinking water in rooms. Superb breakfast and a wide array of buffet food offerings. But a few raw points. The beds are metal makeshift beds. A double queen bed is actually two metal beds put together. Otherwise excellent experience.

Habitación muy justa a nivel de limpieza. Necesito una actualización, el suelo se levanta y las paredes son de papel.

La habitación es pequeña, austera y con una cama de matrimonio de malísima calidad. Imposible descansar. Hundida en la zona en la que todo cliente se sienta a probar el colchón. Te clavas los muelles en la espalda y suena como la de una pensión.

Close to the Valencia art and sciences campus. Love everything around the area. Enjoy the walk and restaurants nearby.

Bien ubicada

25 atrapado en un ascensor sin que nadie acudiese a sacarme, ni siquieran sabian cual de los 2 ascensores estaba parado. Si vas por trabajo no tiene escritorio, solo la cama una mesa con la television y dos taburetes, ningun otro mobiliario Aun mas austero que un Ibis pero al prwcio de un 3 estrellas

The hotel on the 5th floor was noisy due to mainly cleaning staff. Rooms were cleaned after 4pm . Lifts were out of order so had to use stairs one day or wait a long time as only one lift was working .. food was very average . I would say use the Aqua 4 as good there much improved

Perfect location, excellent room. Clean, quiet. Absolutely perfect.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Im unserem Hotelzimmer leider gab es keinen Kleiderschrank. Wir mussten auf dem Fußboden aus dem Koffer leben. Es gab nur eine Ablage für einen Koffer.

Buena ubicación

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación aunque no está en el centro de la ciudad, pero se encuentra en un centro comercial y cerca de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias, más sin embargo pueden mejorar sus habitaciones, ya que la cama que nos tocó hacía bastante ruido y las almohadas no eran nada cómodas, tiene lo básico.
