Perfect location, close to so many things including Het Loo Palace; all meals were excellent; close to bus stop; friendly staff

This property suffers from lack of staff when we arrived 3 on reception no problem later every one arriving 1. This is our 3rd stay there and the last. Wednesday restaurant service atrocious .

Staff were wonderful. I enjoyed the meals and drinks. Breakfast was nice. Lovely view from the dinning room. The only problem was the stone driveway. It was a little difficult to wheel a suitcase or someone with a wheelchair to the front doors..

What's to say, just slept there. Room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds and great shower. There was supposed to be a night receptionist, but late Saturday night there was nobody to be seen; bit funny that.

Hotel was great, breakfast good. Pity that at checkout the staff are clueless

Wij er als koor en mochten op zaterdagavond in de ruimte naast de receptie vertoeven. Het koor zingt en dat hebben wij ook daar mogen doen. De dames van de receptie waren erg vriendelijk net als al het andere personeel.

On arrival i had to wait till two staff members finished a personal conversation before they realised i was standing there. Not a good look. Disappointed i was left one small bath towel and one day a stained hand towel. Was not offered any good will. Stayed here before but this visit has tarnished my view.

Bij aankomst rook de kamer erg naar sigarettenrook, dat hebben ze netjes verholpen. Personeel blinkt nu niet direct uit in klantvriendelijkheid.

Mooi gelegen en vriendelijk personeel

This hotel was vert convient to major highways in the Ntherlands. Food was good breakfast was included and dinner meal prices were reasonable $$-$$$. Bed was comfortable room good size for a single or double.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s old and dirty. The room had 4 single beds, choppy terrible pillows and dirty carpeting. There’s absolutely no sign of any luxury. It has the feeling of an army barracks. The 4 single beds are very strange. We were so horrified that we decided to leave. The woman at the front desk had nothing nice to say (on Christmas Eve!). I asked the front desk if this room is used to house asylum seekers and she didn’t deny it. It actually felt unsafe with the amount of men hanging in the lobby and the parking lot.

The restaurant meals are very limited - only four main dishes. Food very ordinary to the point of being poor. Convenience food standard - surely a trained chef can be more imaginative and skilled. On

Goed verzorgd hotel in een mooie omgeving vlakbij paleis Het Loo. Ruime kamer, goede bedden en badkamer met een praktische inloopdouche. Ook het ontbijt was prima! Wij hebben hier een uitstekend weekend gehad.

Een training gastvrijheid zou het team niet misstaan. Het duurde lang voordat er iemand bij de receptie kwam om te kunnen inchecken. Geen excuses voor het lange wachten, geen ‘welkom, hebt u een goede reis gehad’, niks van dat alles. De volgende ochtend precies hetzelfde. Bij aankomst in de ontbijtzaal kon er nauwelijks een goedemorgen vanaf. Gevolgd door ‘uw kamernummer?’ Bij het uitchecken geen enkele uiting van service en gastvrijheid. Leer je personeel alsjeblieft om met meer dan twee-woord-zinnen te communiceren. Dit was ronduit bedroevend. Voor de rest is het hotel in orde.

Very nice and accommodating

Schoonmaak kan wel beter van de kamer

We went to the restaurant (Friday) and service was slow and we had to wait for a long time for service. The ordered food was ended. Not enought persons at work. We had a towel of our own and the roomcleaner took it. We had reserved two beds but we had a big bed and one blanket. We did not have the big bathtowels for the both of us (only one). We had to ask everything (and wc-paper). The parking was easy and good. The coffee machine was broken every morning at breakfast.
