The staff was extremely nice, the room was lovely, location is good. Everything was perfect. Maya was really lovely and helpful!

I have been to this hotel before and gladly came back, great staff, clean, quiet and excellent location, the room was nice, renovated, the shower head can use a change in the shower but all the rest was great. at breakfast i was missing vegan options, but i managed so no big deal for me. i will come back next time i am in Bucarest

La stanza era sempre perfetta e pulita ,abbiamo soggiornato qui per quattro giorni ,3 persone e ci hanno fatto un upgrade della stanza gratuitamente.personale gentile e ottimo punto della città

Oda çok küçük olsa da kullanışlıydı. Kahvaltısı temiz ve fena sayılmazdı. Merkezi olması sebebiyle seçmiştim ancak odalar eski ve küçüktü. Fotoğrafta öne çıkan binanın yanındaki binayı daha çok kullanıyorlar. Odaların daha iyi, büyük ve yeni olmasını beklerdim.

Moyen En France on aurait 3 étoiles Qualité meilleure avec prix inférieur chez ACCOR Pas de spa disponible, bien que mentionné et pas de service nettoyage pressing Globalement ne correspond totalement pas à la description sur internet. Relativement déçu et je retournerai chez ACCOR

Buenas localización. Cuarto demasiado pequeño y lástima que hubo mucho ruido por una obra de construcción frente al hotel.

El hotel está bien. La habitacion estandar algo pequeña. Desayuno bien pero mesas insuficientes en algún momento.

Easy walk to all of the downtown and Old Town sites. Very helpful staff. Super clean. Well-appointed room. Excellent breakfast. Convenient parking in the area. Don't miss out on eating at the Old Kitchen restaurant in the adjoining neighborhood. A quick walk to the best Romanian food we had.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht uns zu unterstützen. Unsere Klimaanlage im Zimmer ging kaputt und wir durften sofort umziehen. Bein Frühstück waren alle Damen sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!

Really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect, right in the centre of Bucharest, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean. We also liked the bed, it was comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from outside. The only minor inconvenienct was the room size - it was really small, we couldn't put our suitcase anywhere as we struggled to walk around. Apart from that it was a great stay

Extremely comfortable hotel an easy walk from the stops for the 100 bus from/to the airport. Very clean and modern with excellent aircon. About 30 mins walk from the old town so nice and quiet despite the weekend traffic and crowds. The garden is a nice shady place for a quiet drink.

The property needs renovation. Chair in our room had stains on it, as did the fabric padded headboard. Light in the bathroom was not good. Drain in the shower was slow to drain so water pooled up by our feet.
