Rating & Review Keseluruhan Six Flags Great Escape Lodge & Indoor Waterpark

It was less than pleasant. I tried calling the front desk two nights in a row because there were yelling and screaming kids next to us, kids running around the hallways and loud tv’s. Nobody came to address the situation and it was close to midnight.

Room was ok, but the floor was super dirty and the linens were not the cleanest.

Établissement cher pour ce que c’est. Vieux, mal entretenu, tout est abîmé. Prises électriques qui ne tiennent pas au mur dans la chambre = danger . Salle de bain avec joints à refaire et de l’humidité. Au waterparc , eau est froide , les installations sont également vieillissantes , sol est sale , les gens rentrent avec leurs baskets ! Pas assez de bouées , toboggan en panne . En plus des l’arrivée , frais de 50 dollars en plus car nous sommes 5, et que les chambres sont prévus pour 4!!! Pourtant j’avais réservé pour cinq personnes ( dont 3 enfants ), aucun geste commercial. Points positifs : les jeunes employés surveillent vraiment bien l’aquaparc et empêche les incivilités. Bravo. J’ai vu une personne faire des prélèvements d’eau. Dommage pour cette établissement avec potentiel dans une région magnifique. Mais au vu du peu d’entretien, nous n’avons pas été rassuré du tout quand au suivi des installations mécaniques. Au final nous avons pris juste 1 nuit et n’en prendrons plus d’autres . Nous ne recommandons pas .

Property was charming and fun, large and with lots of amenities. Lodge indoor water park was good especially for smaller children. A short walk to Six Flags Great Escape amusement and water park. We received passes during our stay and had a wonderful time. Most staff was friendly and helpful. Dining options on property were very nice and reasonably priced. There’s a shopping area within driving distance a few minutes away if you need supplies elsewhere. Room was very spacious and slept up to 5 or 6. I found the beds in my room not as comfortable and it was one yet to be renovated, however it still was appealing. We really enjoyed the stay.

10 out of 10! This little two day trip provided HIGH value for the prices we paid. The food on the property was excellent quality and room service was extremely fast and affordable. I am picky and avoided staying here in the past because I thought it would be a gimmicky money soak. But it was actually just the opposite. So much entertainment. Accommodating staff, Clean and quality facility.

Great place to stay for families with kids! Few minutes away by car to any stores and even the Lake George Outlet! Highly recommended!

This was once a thrilling destination but now it is quite tired and in need of TLC. Kids 1-11 won’t know the difference because they just want the water park and it will likely be open but the larger water slides are shut down. Others will be disappointed. If you want a stylized theme room you must reserve one from their website directly. This also is the case if you want a renovated room. Expedia/Hotels reservations are for the antiquated run down rooms only. The air conditioning worked sporadically and when it did smelled like mold. We opened a window and it fell out completely. Thankfully it didn’t break. There is a laundry facility, ice machines, and a pretty good restaurant on site so if you are there for a sports tournament you’ll be happy with those features.

Room very dirty . Bathroom Had not been cleaned , other peoples garbage still in it . Asked for assistance and couldn’t get a reply . Room smelled very bad

We arrived at about 5:30pm and our room was not ready. It took another hour before we could get to our room. Found a disposable razor and a q-tip by the trash can near the sink. Besides that the room seemed clean. The restaurants are all bar food, no real meals to choose from.

Never cleaned our room even though I asked for it. No extra pillows.

Stood for one night and the kids really enjoyed the indoor water park. Room was decent for the price. Staff was great, Look forward to booking again.

My daughter absolutely loved this place! The resort even has decent dining options meaning we never had to leave the property! Six flags is across the street so between that, the arcade, and the water park she had a blast. Staff was very friendly! We can’t wait to go back!

The staff was amazing and friendly, rooms were spacious but beds extremely uncomfortable. The showers were very slippery. The day pass cups were $20 each and all machines had little to no selections available not worth the cost.

Very convenient location and the waterpark was great. The breakfast buffet wasnt worth it and the room was pretty outdates and had plastered patches that werent painted over. Over all it was pretty ok for what we needed it for...1 night
