Room stank of cigarette smoke. Really dated decorative state. Lots of marks and damage in our room. It's convenient with the large free car park. But definitely needs a new lease of life injected into it. Reception staff not really helpful. But bar staff tried

Huge rooms!

Lovely hotel with andl excellent breakfast. Bar and restaurant great. Rooms large and clean, and very comfortable. Nice touch with water bottle filling fountains on every floor.

Lovely view from our room. Room was well maintained and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in Falmouth.

Firstly I would like to say how lovely the hotel is. I have stayed her multiple times and never had an issue. The cleanliness has always been excellent and was on this stay also. However, this time I had a few issues. I was here for work as I am every month for one night. I arrived at the hotel 14.16 precisely, after a very long morning as I drove from Cardiff straight to Derriford Hospital for a morning Clinic, then drove straight to the hotel, hoping to get checked in for a shower etc, to be told I could not check in until 3. Now I know this is company policy as I was told , however, by the time I left it was 14.25, surely one room would have been ready. If I had turned up 2 hours early then I would understand having to wait. I did ask if they could check but I was told NO. Not great to hang around after work in my uniform in the heat!! Then when I finally booked in, I was told I would need a credit card, visa card to attach to my room?. This was not mentioned at booking. I am a woman travelling for work on my own, I don't bring physical cards with me, everything is on my phone. It was quite embarrassing to be told, "we will let you off this time, but you must remember next time". I felt like I had committed a crime, not trying to book into my room which was already paid for!! Having said that, please don't be put off as it is a lovely hotel, but maybe staffing needs to be addressed in looking at individuals as people and not just numbers that come through the door

Very convenient to the hospital. Good to have breakfast and dinner facilities available. Staff very helpful. Internet not working in bedroom, but fine in hallway and dining room

Well-appointed hotel with clean, spacious, well-ventilated rooms. Food and beverage prices a little on the high side.

Friendly staff throughout stay, cleanliness of hotel and room very good with a pleasant breakfast available consisting of a variety of nutritional foods.

horrendous noise coming from bathroom whenever water running, reception knew about this issue and told us the maintenance were aware .. this room was not fit for purpose as the noise made it very difficult to sleep

House keeping not the best service staff excellent tiled the bathroom but could have done the floor with lose tiles and dirty grouting but food was excellent

Staff very attentive. Had a couple of issues which was dealt with straight away.

Always a fab stay at Futur Inn. Rooms spacey, rooms spotless, bathroom spotless, use of water machine very handy, air con-amazing!!!!! Free parking and flat walk to hotel. Lovely bar and Restaurant in Hotel. Hotel in a really good spot for M&S, Costa, Starbucks, Aldi, The Range, B&Q and of course McDonald's Donald's!!! See you again Future Inn

Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly & polite and we enjoyed a good breakfast. A huge bonus is the large, free car park. The only negative is that the rooms could do with updating. We have used this hotel for several years now and some areas are looking a little tired.

Food was very expensive

Nice big room, comfy bed. Helpful staff, was able to store my luggage. Cold water dispensers on every level. Handy to shops and public transport. Plenty of parking. Nice outside seating area.
