Nous sommes partis entre potes pour visiter Marrakech. Finalement l’hôtel était tellement génial que nous l’avons quasiment pas quitté. Je recommande à 1000%

It was really good and great location

The service from various staff were inconsistent. The individuals working the gate entrance were fantastic. Always attentive to get us a cab or car as we head out no matter the time of day or nights. However the concierge was at times rude or dismissive. I requested a bottle of water and was scolded and told I should get it from the bar. I informed him that the atm screen was not working and he directed me to use the machine outside when in face there isn’t another ATM machine outside the hotel; rather it’s about a block away called bank of Africa. No one approached me at pool side for service. At breakfast, the waiter couldn’t get my coffee order correct. While sitting in the lounge just outside the hotel, I watched as tea was offered to other guests present and I was ignored. As a woman of color, I’m just irritated in being in a space and either not being seen or being treated with disrespect even at a 5 star hotel.

Tout au long de notre séjour, elle a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme exemplaire, d’une grande gentillesse et d’une attention constante envers les clients. Son sourire, sa disponibilité et son sens du service ont largement contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Il est rare de rencontrer une personne aussi investie et passionnée par son métier. Farah est une véritable valeur ajoutée pour votre hôtel et mérite d’être reconnue pour la qualité de son travail. Merci à elle pour son accueil chaleureux et son excellente prestation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, notamment grâce à des collaborateurs comme Farah.

Séjour très bien orchestré, le lieu est sublime et le personnel aux petits soins.

LA CAMERA UN PO' LONTANA DA TUTTO (ERA L'ULTIMA DELL'HOTEL) E PRATICAMENTE C'ERA DEL DISTURBO NOTTURNO IN QUANTO L'HOTEL VICINISSIMO SUL TERRAZZO AVEVA MOLTO MUSICA ALTA. COLAZIONE PERFETTA. PERSONALE SEMPRE GENTILE E ACCOGLIENTE E ALCUNI DAVVERO ATTENTI. UNICA NOTA NEGATIVA UN PO' IL TERRAZZO NON DEL TUTTO PULITO ANCHE SE MOLTO GRANDE. E LA TELEVISIONE IN CAMERA CHE POSIZIONATA SU UNA PARETE ERA IMPOSSIBILE DA VEDERE DAL LETTO.

We had to ask several times before getting anything We were promised an early check-in but they kept delaying it The staff is not well trained, lots of them didn't answer our questions about the facilities Room: Drain of shower was blocked The terrasse attending the room was decorated with dead and ugly plants There wasn't an automatic daily refill of water, coffee or small amenities without asking Coffee capsules were charged to the room for every refill SPA: Very dim and the smell wasn't appealing. The hairdresser charged double the price he gave me

The outdoor patio is absolutely lovely (day or night) and highly recommend it. The location is very convenient with easy walking distance to many dining options off property and quick car/taxi access to most of the things a visitor would want to see. But...rooms are very dated as was the onsite restaurant. I found the front desk staff to be rude and not at all accommodating. Overall, definitely not a 5-star experience but a reasonable 3-star option as long as you manage your expectations. That's just not what we wanted or what we paid for averaging over $400 per night in the off-season.

Quit overpriced property, need a serious revamp and good TLC. A 5 stars in the low end with an ultra luxury and exclusive pricing ! Service is really great with an expectation to tip right left and center ! A bit annoying
