Easy access to trams. Lift down to platform and City Centre is ine stop away. Staff and breakfast are brilliant.

The Hotel is over the road from the tram line which is only one stop away from the centre. There is a lift close to the hotel giving direct access down to the tram line platform. The staff at the hotel were all perfect and good humoured. Breakfast was always excellent and with a great variety of choice. The choice of different types of tasty bread amused us but impressed. We were impressed by the staff and we had no complaints at all.

Staff is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable (although a bit small). Location is convenient within the city center.

Prima hotel

Comfortable beds, great breakfast. Easy walking distance to town centre.

We were going to Łódź for a concert and needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel was located nicely by the park and we did enjoy the area. Unfortunately the hotel clearly was not used to being fully booked so even tho we arrived at 3, which was check in time the room was not ready. We had to wait another hour at the McDonald’s right next to the hotel. But even then, an hour later. The room wasn’t ready. But the receptionist managed to find us another room. I have no clue if we got an upgrade but the room was totally fine. He did apologise a lot for the inconvenience. The room itself was clean but very outdated. I didn’t like the small carpets by the beds. They felt a bit dirty. And the bathroom was ice cold. Couldn’t go in there without socks on. But the beds were ok and we had no problem sleeping there for one night. We didn’t try the breakfast because we were on a budget trip. I would book a room again if I were to go to Atlas arena for a concert another time.

Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in einem Qubus Hotel und auch diesmal sind rundum zufrieden. Alles hat funktioniert, das Personal freundlich und kompetent. Für 3Sterne Segment hervorragende Leistung. :)

Jak zwykle śniadanie pychota, duzy plus bo tym razem po wymeldowaniu moglam jeszcze popracować i nie było problemu z Internetem.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel jednak ma sporo wad. Jedną z nich jest mała przestrzeń. Pokoje są bardzo małe i sala śniadaniowa również. Wybor potraw na sniadaniu dość bogaty ale jakość produktów słaba. Jajecznica nie do zjedzenia, warzywa twarde i bez smaku, ciasta sztuczne. Jeden ekspres na sali powoduje kolejki do kawy. Parking na zewnatrz w cenie 40 zł trochę drogi. Mimo wszystko polecam ten hotel licząc na błędów eliminację.

Udany pobyt

Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Pokój nie za duży ale na potrzeby służbowej podróży na jedną noc idealny i czysty. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

Miła obsługa, smaczne śniadanie, wygodny pokój z klimatyzacją i czajnikiem.

Bardzo fajny hotel-czysto. Miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Serdecznie polecam . Chętnie wrócimy do tego hotelu.

15 minut na nogach do Piotrkowskiej.

Esperienza positiva. Una notte per lavoro, colazione buona, posizione decentrata ma comoda per spostamenti in auto. Consiglio camere con affaccio verso il parcheggio.

Rewelacyjne śniadanie podane do pokoju. Miła obsługa, chociaż pani z recepcji nieco powolna.

Polecam ten hotel, obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie.
