We raced the triathlon at Wasa Lake this past weekend, and we had our one night booked the day before the race. We were very happily surprised that the staff gave us the option to take a “to go bag” of breakfast items when we said we would be leaving at 6:00am, technically an hour before the complimentary breakfast at the hotel was due to start. It was awesome!

Staff were unfriendly. Room was dirty. Room was noisy. Breakfast included with the room was lacking. Do not recommend staying. Will not stay again there.

Comfortable beds, clean, and a great breakfast

Great hotel. Our suite was beautiful and large.

The game room was fun and the breakfast and seating area were above the usual ones. Onelets made to order with hash browns,sausage and bacon.

Would have been a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around but there was no designated pet potty area. Quick walk across the street but on property would have been so much easier. Suggestion: maybe a fake grass area on the court yard

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick check in. Breakfast starts at 7 am, would be nice if it started earlier for the early travellers.

The staff were great, and the breakfast was delicious! Made to order omelettes with all the fixings. Overall a very pleasant stay! Close to everything!

Always clean and a great place to rest

Toilet didn’t work, sheets were stained and we couldn’t turn the air conditioner off. That being said the maintenance guy was great and the cook at breakfast was awesome Wouldn’t stay here again.

The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was that travelling with two pets, there was literally no nearby area for them to do their business. Had to walk across the street. Otherwise hotel was great, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was great with made to order omelettes and hot choices. Would definitely stay here again, just probably not with pets.

Clean room, good breakfast

Oh, the omlettes...... hand maid while you wait. So good. The entire breakfast was wonderful. Our room was spaciousl and fairly clean. Access to main road running through Cranbrook was great.

When we got into our room the bathroom had water everywhere. On the sink, toilet, lots on the floor. Maintenance issue. Did get us another room right away

Everything was good except for the toilets. They’re so low to the ground they should be in preschools Free breakfast needs a waffle maker
