The room I booked was a superior double room with a balcony on a high floor. I received a standard room on a lower floor without balcony. Listing states there would be a Minibar/minifridge which also was not applicable. The area at night felt a bit unsafe to be honest. Also the cleanliness could be improved a lot as there wer stains and hair on floor, shower, and bed. Also the room was so small that you cannot fit suitcases there. Would not stay again unfortunately. Staff were helpful though!

Helpful staff, good location and clean room

Porte d'Orleansの駅からすぐそばであり、トラム、メトロなどの交通の便はいい。また、RERの駅からもトラム2駅であり、空港からもアクセスは便利。また部屋はきれいであり、窓からはパリの街並みがきれいに見える。朝ごはんはおいしい。

Water was leaking from shower booth. It is the only negative point.

Rolig område, nær kollektivtransport. Rent, men litt slitent hotell. Ingen hage. Vi hadde ikke frokost, så jeg vet ikke hvordan den var. To forhold gjør at vi ikke kommer til bo der igjen. For det første er resepsjonistene trege, uinteressert i jobben og hvordan de utfører den, ansvarsfraskrivende og lite service minded. For det andre ligger hotellet forholdsvis langt unna sentrum og alle severdigheter, hvilket gjør at du er avhengig av transport. Eksempelvis Buss til opera’en 45 min. Mens T-bane til Notre Dame ca 10-15 min.

The hotel was good, but the lack of air conditioning on hot days was a big problem.

The room itself was clean and the location is quite convenient. There are plenty of public transportation options within a short walking distance, including buses and the M4 metro line, as well as restaurants and dessert shops nearby. However, there were several issues that affected the stay. The shower control was extremely difficult to turn, to the point where it actually hurt my hand. The sink also did not have hot water at all, even after trying different settings. Another concern was the surrounding environment. The street corner near the hotel had a noticeable number of homeless individuals. One person even sprayed me with a water gun, and near the entrance there was someone repeatedly approaching and talking to me, which made me feel unsafe, especially traveling alone.

Thank you very much for the nice staying at the Hotel and very good quality for the price. The location is very well connected and quite compared to normal city life stress. The personnel was very friendly and the generous and very well served breakfast buffet. The room is very clean, modern and with all necessary equipment.

Hotellet er helt ok, ligger kort avstand unna Metro. Et stykke unna Serverdighetene. Kjedelig frokost. Aircondition fungerer ikke på rommet. Veldig bråkete området, og lytt utenfra. Personalet veldig hyggelig.

Hyvä sijainti metroaseman lähellä. Huoneet ovat pieniä, mutta Pariisissa usein on. Ilmastointi ei ollut käytössä, koska huhtikuussa oli vielä lämmityskausi (ulkona +24 astetta). Huoneessa oli todella kuuma ja ovi auki ei voi nukkua vilkkaan liikenteen johdosta. Aamupalalla oli rauhallista.
