Staff were super nice and helpful. Had problems opening a medication bottle and the staff at front desk helped… Room was cleaned timely. Staff helped with getting ride to airport…

Overall a nice place to stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The room was nice although a few more outlets would’ve been nice. Would definitely return!

Amazing stay!

This is a great hotel. Loved everything about it.

The room itself was fine, not anything exceptional for a 5* hotel but perfectly fine. But we had one major issue that affected our entire stay. When I booked the room, I requested an extra bed for our 4 year old. The Sofitel confirmed this. When we checked in, we re-confirmed the extra bed and we were assured that even though the bed was not there at check-in (honestly not sure why it wasn’t) that it would be put in the room at some point during the afternoon. But when we returned back to the hotel at 7:30, the bed was not there. Our son’s bedtime is 8, and while we conveyed the urgency to the staff we ultimately waited for over an hour for the bed to be brought to our room despite being told it would be up “immediately”. The staff seemed both completely confused and annoyed by our request which made the entire ordeal even more frustrating, all well trying to tame a very overtired 4 year old. There was no real apology or gesture from the hotel which was incredibly disappointing. We were made to feel like we were a nuisance as opposed to welcomed guests. The only bright spot were the breakfast staff who were delightful.

The hotel is in great location. It’s just a few steps from restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our time in Brussels.

Hotel is located in a quiet area of Brussels but just a 25 minute walk into the centre or short taxi ride. Plenty bars and restaurants nearby and there a great patisserie located opposite in the square for morning coffee and a croissant before setting out for the day. Strongly recommend a day trip to Bruges & Ghent on the train

Lovely quiet room, lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby.

部屋はバスルームも含めて非常に清潔で、スタッフは礼儀正しく親切でした。レオポルド公園のすぐ近くで、歩いて10分でbrussel-scumman駅は空港に20分弱で乗換えなしで行けて、観光の中心のCentral駅にも地下鉄で10分くらいで行けます。観光の拠点としてはCentralが便利かもしれませんが、こちらの立地は落ち着いていて、治安が良いと感じました。

Slient, clean, friendly. Very service-minded staff. Good beds, real water pressure in the shower. Already looking forward to the next visit in a couple of months.

All was good, except for WiFi, though they had WiFi, they didn’t have secure WiFi acceptable to corporate VPN policies. Hence the only option was to connect to Ethernet when I needed to connect to work VPN. Staff was courteous and friendly, clean room and good location.
