Cons 1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer. 2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise. 3. The hotel is located in Gais & requires Bolt & Uber for any Porto related activities. 4. Lugging heavy suitcases even with wheels is a pain as the drop-off is on the main road & have to drag the bags over a gravel path. A side entrance or paved path would be good.Waiting for Uber / Bolt is a pain if the weather is scorching hot, as we experienced very high temperatures. Pros 1. Staff are attentive.When we escalated the air-conditioner issue, they finally had someone service it & we could continue to sleep well for the remaining 2 night. Ditto the hair dryer issue though disgusting was resolved by sending a technician.But these should have been checked rather than inconveniencing guests! 2.Located close to a mall - Arabidda Shopping so lots of options to eat & shop. 3. A hospital is close by so the hotel is for medical stays. 4. The hotel is clean and tidy & checking in & out was effortless. 5. Marcus, Ines with specs among other staff were supportive. 6. Room was decent size for 3 beds and the bathroom was spacious 7. World Cup matches screened in the bar

Very clean, well-maintained facility that is nicely furnished. Small details were overlooked such as no glasses furnished in rooms, or no tissues provided. Breakfast buffets, however, were exceptional!!

Bem localizado

Habitación limpia pero impersonal, falta decoración y elementos simples en el baño como un vaso para el cepillo . No hay canales internacionales en la tv así que todo es portugués y uno o dos en inglés. Cada bebida 3€ del minibar y no es tan céntrico, no probé el desayuno.

Hotel incrível! Confortável, super bem localizado, praticamente dentro de um shopping com ótimas lojas, mercado e farmacia. Café da manha foi o melhor de toda nossa viagem! Vale muito a pena. Ja me hospedei em 3 ocasiões diferentes e voltando a porto, me hospedarei la novamente, mesmo estando o hotel em vila nova de gaia.

Hotel em excelente localização, ao lado do Shopping Arrábica. Staff gentil e eficiente. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, cafe da manhã excelente com frutas variadas e muitos outros itens. Com certeza retornarei a me hospedar nesse hotel se voltar à região.
