Lovely staff! We enjoyed breakfast and chatting with hostess. She was very helpful!

Perfection fine

Hotellet lå placeret lidt ind ad nogle usle gader, men det krævede ikke mange skridt, for at komme hen til lidt pænere bydel Vi boede på 5. Sal med udsigt til slum. Formentlig, qua etagen, gik der virkelig lang tid før varmt vand kunne nå frem til bruseren, når vi skulle i bad. Toilettet så beskidt ud, trods de havde sat et skilt henover, der indikerede at det var rent. Der var en "panic"-knap henover toilettet, som gjorde at man havde en fornemmelse af dysfunktion, men dog hvor man kunne få hurtigt hjælp. Der var en dobbeltdyne i sengen, i stedet for 2 seperate. Værelset var ellers helt ok. Sengen og puden var god. Morgenmaden var ganske fin og med et udmærket udvalg.

We moved to this hotel at very short notice due to an issue with our accommodation after arriving in Bucharest. The staff were very helpful and let us check in late. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and there was a nice breakfast. It is also in a good location near to the old town. Would stay here again!

Great hotel, very clean and in a great location

We stayed for four nights with breakfast. All the staff from the morning to night were so friendly and nice. The breakfast had a good variation and was always to a good standard. The beds were very comfortable and the room was really clean. There was a mini market open late next door which was helpful as we arrived late without having had any food so we managed to get sandwiches and wraps as well as snacks. Really the only negative was that the noise from the street was very very loud. Our window didn’t often sound like it was closed. We didn’t have too much of a problem as we’re very heavy sleepers. But there was someone screaming in the street on the Monday we arrived from 10:30pm to 01:30am. I’d definitely recommend you stay at this hotel but I would say if you struggle with falling asleep to noise or to stay asleep to noise I probably wouldn’t. Everything else was great though!

I stayed in Suite 504 over the past weekend, and I wanted to give an honest review which will hopefully make the stay better for everyone in future. First, the good points: Location is really good. Easy access to the old town, just a short walk away. The room that I had (I booked a suite) was large. I had a seperate living space with sofa, large TV and table with 2 chairs. The bedroom was also large. The bed was comfortable The place was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and tried their hardest. The bad points: The room that we booked had a pod coffee machine. You’d think that would be great, but in reality the policies implemented meant that there were only 2 coffee pods for the entire stay. When I asked why they hadn’t been replenished, I was told that it was hotel policy not to replenish the coffee pods, or any of the tea and coffee. You only got them at check in. I hope that management understands that I don’t get a discount for additional nights so I should expect the same service every day. Please, whoever made this policy up, you may have reduced your outgoings very slightly, but in doing so you are ruining the reputation of your hotel, reducing your review rating, and ultimately costing the hotel a lot of money. Additionally, the bathroom whilst functional, looked like it had been fitted by an amateur. The shower handle was fitted upside down, and the tap on the sink was loose. The shower curtain just got in the way and clung whilst attempting to shower.

Nice clean hotel, Raul was extremely helpful and attentive

24/24h réception highly appreciated as we arrived late in the night. Rooms are clean (especially bathroom) but very noisy (you hear the traffic as if the window was open).

Overall was ok, front desk was helpful. The room was smelly and loud from street noise. Breakfast was good too

Close to the centre of the city, many business are located within walking distance

I would not recommend this hotel for the inflexiblity of taking advantage of a glitch and charging me €10 extra just to have a guest visitor for half an hour or one hour

There was a glitch on the Expedia app ; selected one person in place of 2 persons for occupancy. I had a guest who visited me for half an hour, did not actually stay with me, and the hotel Charged €10 extra per day for two nights. It seemed a little ridiculous and the Front Desk person who explained this to me, appear to not understand the context and was very unfriendly.

Staff are very friendly ; lady at night when I checked in was exceptional

καθαρό ,άνετο δωμάτιο, στην καρδιά του Βουκουρεστίου, με εύκολο και φτηνό παρκινγκ στον παράλληλο δρόμο με το ξενοδοχείο (30 lei/24ωρο) πλούσιο πρωινό .πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό (ιδιαίτερα ο κύριος Γιώργος στην αίθουσα του πρωινού ,αλλα και όλες οι κυρίες που το ετοιμάζουν).

It was absolutely fine for a one night business trip. I'm not sure if they cleaned the floor (my socks!!!) but everything else was really very good. Lovely girl at the checkin desk when we arrived, but I think she doesn't know local places. I'd stay here again though. Definitely recommend.

Located well for access to the old town, plenty of local restaurants and bars. Disappointed there was no bar in the hotel, overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was good but the beds and nightstands need to be moved for regular cleaning. Room at the front of the hotel were very noisy. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Excellent location for old town to get out and about sightseeing easily. Would stay again!
