名所の天文時計の真ん前にあり、各観光地、プラハ本駅、地下鉄及びトラムの駅にも近い、好立地。 もちろん、旧市街広場の真ん中。 そんな所にあっても、静かに過ごせた。

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. Super views of the astronomical clock, breakfast is delicious and the Mozart Cafe is phenomenal. Friendly and helpful staff. Elevator to rooms

Perfect location! Staff was friendly. Room was very comfortable.

Excellent location. At first not having an elevator to our room seemed troublesome but the room, space and huge bath made up for it. Even the AC worked pretty great. We loved Praha and look forward to our next trip. We would stay here again.

Unparalleled location!

Excellent location within Prague, but way too many flights of stairs to get to room 103.

Dejligt hotel med helt perfekt beliggenhed. Lidt “træt” et par steder - men beliggenheden hiver det hele op. Vælg værelse med udsigt til det astronomiske ur.

Unique hotel located in the heart of Prague. Very walkable area

Unbelievable view. Walkable to all popular attractions. Great food options are all around the hotel.

Fint autentisk hotel. I oprindelig stil, men det virker på ingen måde slidt. Fin rengøring og fin vedligeholdelsesstandard. Vi have booket 3 værelser hjemmefra. Efter en noget træg checkin fik vi 2 værelser på selve hotellet og 1 værelse i et anneks, som ligger lige ved siden af. Værelset i annekset var med vinduer med mat glas. Vinduerne kunne åbnes, med udsigt ned i en lille baggård med aicon anlæg. Vi var på hotellet i nogle varme dage i maj og disse aircon larmede utroligt meget. Selv med lukkede vinduer var det ubehageligt at opholde sig på værelset. Der var ro på de 2 værelser på selve hotellet, også på det værelse som ligger ud til pladsen med uret. Hotellet er ikke for gangbesværede. Der er elevator på selve hotellet, men der er stadig væk trin som skal forceres. I annekset er der ingen elevator, men til gengæld er der en masse trapper op og ned samt lange gange. I annekset skal man stige op i et badekar for at tage brusebad. Der er brusekabine på værelserne på hotellet. Morgenmadsbuffeten er ok. Der er det som man kan forvente. Men jeg har bare boet på andre 4-stjernet hoteller hvor morgenmadsbuffeten er væsentlig bedre i både udvalg og kvalitet.

The hotel had a great loction, we could see the historical cloick from our room. There was no elevator, but the room standard was good. The breakfast hall, in the cafe Mozart, was amazing! The room had a cozy ambiance with big soft chairs, chandaliers and a view directly don to the old town square. We would return on our next trip to Prague!

The property was in a great walkable location in the Old Town. Lots of dining options and shops close by. However, due to this there was constant noise and people awake at all hours of the night slamming doors and partying. So a good nights sleep was difficult. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear your neighbours. The reception desk was unaware of any sort of upgrades or perks for VIP status. No iron or coffee in the room. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items as well as desserts. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was in the centre of the wall, no curtain and a panel of glass at the far end. If you aren’t careful you’d easily spray water everywhere. Good hotel overall though

It was a horrible experience! We arrived and they told us they had over sold the hotel and they did not have a room for us. They had us go to a different hotel around the corner, but we paid for that hotel that was right there by the clock and are very disappointed that they would do that to us. It was the ultimate bait and switch. We bought and paid for a room at the Grand Hotel Praha, and we arrived and were told that we couldn’t stay there. To say we are disappointed and frustrated is an understatement.
