Rating & Review Keseluruhan Staywell Inn & Suites

Déjà, lorsque l'on possède une résa avec un nom d'hôtel, on aimerait bien être informé du changement de nom... Accueil moyen. La chambre a été mal nettoyée. Il traînait des cacahuètes dans le bas de la table de nuit. Il y avait aussi des tiges de cerises au sol à plusieurs endroits. Le bureau était aussi un peu poussièreux. Bref, les économies ne font pas bon ménage avec un hôtel. Il restait également 1 boîte avec de la nourriture entamée dans le frigo et un gobelet. Nous pensons que juste les draps et les serviettes ont étés changées entre le client précédent et nous.

All in all was a good place to stay. Wifi was the only thing lacking.

Close to hospital

It was "re-branded" a few days before we arrived and is now privately owned, we were not notified prior to our stay, which i thought would be nice as we had booked with Country Inns & Suites. It was clean and breakfast buffet was good.

Good for the price, but breakfast was just okay. You can't expect much from a continental breakfast. I eat everything. I would say it was ordinary and choice somehow limited compare to other hotels we visited. But the dining area was good. Coffee machine with many options including hot chocolate. The bed a bit soft but still comfortable.

The room was a good comfortable size with 2 Queen beds. The bathroom could do with a refurbishment but was okay. Breakfast was plentiful and various choices. A good location.

Was a good place to stay near Victoria hospital in London. Expensive for what it is.

We had a comfortable stay for 3 nights. The hotel had everything we needed. We appeciated the cleaning service.

Great hotel for our purpose; needed 3 rooms for our party for an out of town wedding in the area. Units are dated but are relatively clean. Free breakfast was okay. Missed the hotel initially as it is being rebranded and there was no street signage.

Great stay for the night, very clean and comfortable beds, definitely will stay again when visiting London.

very interesting ! upon arrival we found that the hotel had been sold. So we didn't know if we were going to be able to stay. NO e-mail to let us know. Not good customer service !!

Great location, very close to LHSC hospital.

The hotel location was ideal for why we were in London. We stayed in the Level 1 area, and found the Wifi to be poor.

The breakfast was so poorly done. The waffles were like dry bricks, the potatoes weren’t warm and tasted old. The lady overseeing the buffet, could use a lesson in customer services.

The hotel advertised a pool and that’s why we chose it. It was incredibly disappointing for our daughters to show up in their swimsuits and the pool has been closed. This is false advertising! I asked for a discount and none was provided. I am upset that this hotel advertises a pool which they don’t have and I would not have booked it if I had known this.
